This is the most unprofessional, unorganized and dirtiest place I've ever been to. Not recommended at all!!

I do NOT recommend this shop at all to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague. I had my headliner replaced and honestly, it came out worse than before. Like the previous review, the owner makes promises he can't seem to keep. He kept promising my car would be ready the next day and kept making excuses. The headliner job that the shop owner did was extremely crappy. You could see the stuffing popping out of the sides, the panels were not put in right, and parts I originally had in the car were missing! He used the wrong sized screws, AND he ended up damaging my moon roof. He ripped off the side panels and then had he audacity to say he didn't do it. I had asked him to replace the sun visors in my car, and he made them bigger than the original size, it ended up covering half of the rear view mirror. While in his possession, the person working on my car ended up scratching my hub cap. Overall, my car went in, and came out more damaged. I went over to get a refund, he said he would have it for me the next day. I came the next day, he told me I had to bring the car so he could remove the headliner and he would do it that same day. I went home to get my car, came back 15 minutes later and he closed up shop! He wasn't even supposed to be closed yet. He ran away from giving me my refund. I REPEAT. DO NOT give this man your business. read more

Does a terrible job on your project, never calls you and makes you take wasted trips to his shop. When I requested a refund he agreed but then decided to play games and not show up to the shop or that his mom had his money! Also did an additional damage to my vehicle of $1600 because he doesn't know what he is doing! He would never give back the money so for benefit, please find a different shop that is more professional! read more

John did an amazing job on my 2012 Camry. I brought him a complete set of leather that I bought online and he installed the entire car with door panels and everything seamlessly in 8 hours. I couldn't be happier of the way it turned out it looks Factory and no one can tell the difference. I spoke to him and despite the bad reviews decided to give him a shot. Big mistake. I had him install a carpet kit and make me a new headliner. I told him there was no rush, just do it right. When he called me 2 days later to pick it up. I looked it over quickly, it was dark, and noticed there were a couple lights not working. He quickly reconnected them and I was on my way. The next day I looked closer and noticed he had not removed the center console and just cut the carpet around it so there were different colors of carpet in the truck. Not only that but the cut continued out into the back seat area. I called several times but he refused to answer so I stopped payment on my check. Upon further inspection I noticed his hands must have been dirty when he assembled it and there were dirty finger prints all over the new headliner and trim. The headliner was creased and had marks all through it where it didn't even out. A couple weeks later I opened my sunroof and it wouldn't close due to something blocking it. While fixing this damage I found that he had broken the plastic pillar and glued it to the headliner. Then I saw he had broken the rear door sill trim and glued it back together. I tried to open the hood and he had jammed carpet in the panel so the handle wouldn't move. I'm sure over time I will find more damage as I fix everything but, this guy just doesn't care and will make a mess out of your vehicle. He should not be in business, stay away! read more

I read the previous negative comments found my experience was quite different. Our job was small and we gave him plenty of time. We had the center console reupholstered and left it at the shop almost three weeks while we went on vacation. He did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. I definitely would go back but after reading the other comments, I would make sure he confirms and agree with the completion date if that is an issue. read more

The shop owner makes commitments he can't keep since he is probably too busy. He has promised to pick up our couch four times only to renege without even a phone call three of those times forcing us to call him back. This was after painful effort was made to provide him with all the information he asked for to price the job. He seems like a really nice man, but is taking on more than he can handle, apparently. His shop is also in disarray which probably makes his inability to follow through on his promises a blessing in disguise. Most of the time, his mailbox is full, so he can't accept calls making it a hassle to reach him as well. read more
