They had a great selection of dresses and many employees helping. We were greeted when we walked in, told about the dresses, and they said to let them know if we needed anything. I liked how they didn't hover and make us feel pressured. When my daughter was ready to try on a dress, a sales person promptly helped her and stayed with us through her trying it on, sizing her, talking about how to tailor the dress. When she said yes to the dress, the employees all complimented on how beautiful she looked in the dress. We then took pictures with props (very cute). (They let you take pictures here unlike some other formal dress stores.) We had to order a different size and it took maybe a week to come in. Not long at all. When we went to pick it up, the store wasn't as busy, and we still got great attention. They retrieved the dress, waited for her to try it on. More compliments. Very friendly, kind, patient people.
