The man who helped me - I believe his name was Tim - did a great job answering my questions and listening to what I was looking for. He led me to the warehouse and introduced me to another friendly gentleman named Thomas who helped me find the perfect piece of lumber that I needed to mount a hanging rack in my kitchen. I really hate having to go into those giant box hardware stores that are understaffed and hard to navigate. I'm so glad there's a close and reliable local business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be shopping here from now on!

They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. One time to check on the inventory and the second time I came with a truck to haul the wood. All staff encountered were pleasant and pretty helpful. In addition, the price at TW perry was $11 less per sheet than a local competitor. It saved me $50 going here. The parking lot is small, but it's not needed to be any larger since the traffic was minimal both times I visited. It's nice that the entrance is off the main road and it's easier to exit, especially with large trucks that frequent there.
