I was treated with respect and they were very responsive. They listened to what we wanted to have done (oddly enough, most of the other places didn't!). And they did everything exactly the way we wanted. They finished faster than they said they would have it done and they were $900 less than other places we went to. (Probably because they actually listened to what we wanted!) They tried to problem solve and think through things instead of jumping to the easiest solution. We walked away feeling very confident that we were dealing with professionals and experts in their field. Customer service was excellent! I made…read morean appointment to have a replacement key made for my elderly mother's car after she lost her keys. I live in Virginia, so I planned to drive down for the appointment. The Carsmartt technician agreed on a date and time frame (between noon and 2pm) for the appointment and I provided my mother's address. He assured me since it was about a week in advance that it would be no problem to meet me there between noon and 2 pm. On the day of the appointment I texted to make sure it was still going to happen, since I hadn't heard an update and I was driving four hours to meet him at noon. He eventually texted back that he should be able to arrive about 3 pm. 3 pm arrived, but he didn't. A few minutes later, I got a call from a different company, stating that Carsmartt had given them our appointment (without letting me know) and they would arrive later that afternoon. Since my mother had an appointment at 5 pm, I had to reschedule the key appointment for the next day and delay my trip back home to Virginia. Awful business. Poor communication and zero follow-through. Carsmartt never even called me back or let me know what to expect. They are thoroughly unprofessional.
