The Carsmartt technician agreed on a date and time frame (between noon and 2pm) for the appointment and I provided my mother's address. He assured me since it was about a week in advance that it would be no problem to meet me there between noon and 2 pm. On the day of the appointment I texted to make sure it was still going to happen, since I hadn't heard an update and I was driving four hours to meet him at noon. He eventually texted back that he should be able to arrive about 3 pm. 3 pm arrived, but he didn't. A few minutes later, I got a call from a different company, stating that Carsmartt had given them our appointment (without letting me know) and they would arrive later that afternoon. Since my mother had an appointment at 5 pm, I had to reschedule the key appointment for the next day and delay my trip back home to Virginia. Awful business. Poor communication and zero follow-through. Carsmartt never even called me back or let me know what to expect. They are thoroughly unprofessional.
