Can't say enough great things about this shop. I am not from town, and was passing through heading to Lake Powell and had a serious trip canceling type of event. We called around to seemingly every mechanic shop within 50 miles and nobody was able to help EXCEPT Rolling Rubber. Shop closes at six. I rolled up at 5:17. Had a screw in my front tire almost directly in the middle. I asked them if they could help me, wanted to get back on the road. The guy at the counter said it's too close to closing, they are not taking on a project like that at the end of the end of day. I said OK thanks, I turned to leave, took a couple steps, turned back around and asked if they knew of any other shops that might be willing to help me tonight. He said no, no one is going to want to take on a Dually with aftermarket tires. I'm still Not sure with why it being a Dually was a concern when the screw is in the front tire. Anyway, so I made my way to Walmart so that I could plug it myself and then deal with it the next day. Saw Les Schwab across the street from Walmart. Decided I would pull into them and ask them if they could help me. I was greeted with a young man actually jogging out of the shop to meet me at my truck. I told him I had a screw in my front tire. He said give me the keys, pulled it into the shop as I walked into the office to check in. Came back out 15 minutes later gave me my truck keys said you're on your way. Rolling Rubber 1 star LES Schwab 5 star. Local shops get upset when the big chain stores come into their town and start taking their business. Well, this is why it happens. Also, they did not charge me to take the screw out. However, I did give them a larger tip than it would've cost it anyways. read more

I recently discovered after having my car serviced that it was time to consider getting new tires. On a Monday, I just decided to drop by Rolling Rubber after researching local reviews. I was looking to see what the cost of four new tires was going to cost me. I was greeted immediately after walking in the door. I explained what I was looking for in my next set of tires. The gentleman behind the desk gave me a suggestion and answered all of my questions. After initially speaking with him, I looked up his recommendation on the internet and the tire had great reviews. When I stepped back up his desk, I explained that I wanted to set a time to come back and asked when he could squeeze me into their schedule. I explained I lived about 1 1/2 hours away. He told me that he could go ahead and get me in right away. Next thing I know, I was handing him my keys and my car was in their shop. Less than an hour later, my car had 4 brand new tires!! I'm totally pleased with his recommendation and they are so much better than my original stock tires. And as it turns out, I was quoted a similar price from another location and the tires I chose here were $30 cheaper, per tire. I appreciated the great customer service and also the fact that they got me in right away (might not always be the case but it worked for me that day). My vehicle was returned in the same condition it was received. Sometimes you get a dirty fingerprint or smudge of dirt here or there but that was not the case here. Because of the great service, I'm certainly returning when I need new tires. They also do more than tires. I would highly recommend stopping here before going to any other business for your vehicle needs. *As a side note, they do charge a fee for using a credit card (they are just passing the fee they are charged along) but they do take them. A discount is had by paying in cash, per signage posted there. Other than that, you have your typical taxes and disposal fees that are charged at any other location. read more

Wow....what friendly, fast, awesome service we received at Rolling Rubber Tire Pros! We had just driven into Cedar City from out of town and our car started shaking and not driving normally. We stopped in at 4:45pm hoping that someone could look at our car quickly so we could get to my nephew's basketball game on time. My friend and I were traveling from California to Iowa and weren't paying attention to the air conditioner or temp gauge in my 2002 Mustang. With more than half of my trip to go, I needed a reliable fix and these guys provided! I ended up at Rolling Rubber and they diagnosed and priced the problem accurately and fairly within the time frame quoted, about 45 minutes. I asked questions and got detailed and helpful answers from everyone I spoke to. They did a whole air compressor treatment that totaled to about $700 and it was ready at the time they said it would be. I could not be happier with the service I received from this auto repair shop.
