The trailer dropoff was prompt, they answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was good to go. After we had filled it, I wasn't even awake for the pickup itself. They were that quick and unintrusive. As far as the trailer itself, it was perfect for my residential needs. Sturdy, stable block-stops even on an inclined driveway, and held all the furniture and junk we were getting rid of. This service could get by for construction sites, but I think where they'll really shine are any contractors working at residential/homes, office sites, or real estate companies looking for estate cleanup disposals. 10/10. If I didn't clean everything this time, I'd definitely use them again in the future. I think quite literally the only room for improvement would be some measure of ramp for the trailer, and it really wasn't that big of a deal for our purposes.

I called and they said it would be in the afternoon. After they didn't show up, I called and was told they'd be pretty late. Our entire Saturday was gone waiting for them. They were apologetic though.

So last year and this year I walked around with them and double checked the faucets to make sure they were all closed. I also wanted him to walk with me to the main irrigation valve to make sure it was shut off so that my lines were completely drained. This took him some extra time with me and he charged me three times the amount of his normal service telling me basically that he spent too much time with me and that their allotted time is only 15 minutes per house. It's a sad thing when someone charges you three times the amount of a normal charge because they had to spend some extra time with you. What is this world coming to? When I complained about the bill and asked why it was so much higher this year, they said basically because they took too much time on my property and they had to walk with me down my easement to the front of the property to find the main shut off valve. Then they added in their email letter that they no longer wanted me as a customer. They also added that they had to wait for me. He actually had to wait less than five minutes for me to come down the street and he had already started his work. What I want to know is why he thinks his time is more valuable than mine .....as he wanted me to wait an hour window for him to show up as he couldn't give me a more accurate time. Be careful of a business like this as he only cares about his pocketbook and not the customers he is taking care of. My business has been the same with them the last three years and for some reason this year it turned out differently. Oddly, when they messed up the first year they didn't reimburse me anything for the flooding and the problems it caused my entire backyard. I give them a terrible rating.
