I am very impressed with A1 Carpet Cleaning! Bill did an amazing job! We have 3 kids, two pups and dirty carpet. When the job was complete, our carpet was clean, fresh and bright! My husband and I went to the gym on a Saturday night discussing how we should stop at Fred Meyers and rent a rug doctor machine to clean our carpets. As we were leaving the gym we saw An A1 Carpet Cleaning van parked along the walkway. We stopped and turned back into the gym to hunt the carpet cleaner down. We met Bill, asked him a little about his services and inquired on a consultation. We were able to schedule the consultation for Monday! Bill arrived on time, provided an affordable quote and scheduled our cleaning for Thursday, all in the same week! On cleaning day he communicated that he would be arriving in 5 minutes, arrived on time and got right to work. I took my two pups for a few mile walk, stopped at Starbucks and drove home ( about 2.5 hours) He had just finished! I walked into the house and got a big huge smile on my face! The house was fresh, the carpets looked awesome and Bill made sure I was completely satisfied before packing up his equipment! I highly recommend A1 Carpet Cleaning! Bill at A1 Carpet Cleaning just saved our day. We recently installed new carpet, just 3 weeks ago. Today my 4 year old decided he needed to see the tv close up and knocked a potted plant off of our entertainment center. The pot flung dirt EVERYWHERE. He and the dog proceeded to play in the dirt for a few minutes before it was discovered by Grandma. There was not only dirt covering the floor, but the tv, wall, windows and electronics too. I called Bill and let him know our situation. He gave suggestions on how to go about cleaning it up until he could come by the next morning. About 15 minutes passed and I noticed I had received a text message from Bill letting my known if we wanted him to come today, he could make it work. Of course we said, YES. He arrived about 30 minutes later. He helped clean up the dirt before even starting to clean the carpet. He was really kind, friendly and funny. Bill did a spectacular job when it came to our carpet cleaning needs. His customer service made it so much more enjoyable as well. With years of experience he really did work wonders with our carpet. As an older couple with limited mobility he really worked to make the our situation run smooth. He took care of accident stains our indoor dog has made over the past couple years. He also cleaned a couple rugs for us free of charge and his price was so reasonable that we decided to do the bottom half of the house as well; which he provided at a discount as well because of the large service we were needing. I sell real estate in town and use A1 Carpet Cleaning whenever I need a carpet cleaned, I use him for my own home as well. I wouldn't say A1 is the cheapest carpet cleaner in town, but I am not looking for the cheapest, I am looking for results! I was going to replace a carpet in my own home and Bill was able to clean it so that it didn't need to be replaced! I just had a listing cleaned that was recently cleaned by another carpet cleaning company and when Bill was done, it looked new! Love these guys. The owner has been doing this forever, they've invested in quality gear and employees. I had a lot of dog hair in my carpet I didn't even know I had! They took extra time to show us the cleaning methods, explain each step, and show us the results of the cleaning since you could see the dirty water in the hose. I would recommend. I do think you *might* be able to get it done for a little cheaper but I would say the extra cost you save in having it done throughly. I don't think they want to risk their reputation on doing a half arsed job. read more

Not only is Bill a nice guy but he works wonders on carpets! I thought I was going to have to replace mine. I even had a big blob of wax that had been there for awhile but he managed to remove it and bring the carpet back to life. Very impressed with the work and the cost was certainly reasonable in my opinion. I have a portable carpet cleaner but there's no way it could have done what he pulled off.
