The chips were good, a bit bland, but the salsa was fantastic! Spicy and flavorful! My hubby's chimichanga was absolutely delicious! My taquitos were very good, just a bit bland, as were the refried beans. That could just be me, though. I like very flavorful food, and grew up with a Sicilian father in NY. With options of pork, beef or vegetarian, the tacos are a wonderful alternative to the everyday. The Frybread is almost like naan in its appearance, but by the time the toppings are added, there's no comparison. Both times I've stopped at this food truck, I've been impressed. The vegetarian taco was delicious. With house-made beans, similar to refried beans, the cheese tomato and creama added a nice balance. Although the menu didn't mention it, either the beans had garlic, or perhaps the frybread, but the taco had an enticing aroma of garlic bread. The frybread was both crispy on the edges and soft in the center, just as it should be. For those with a sweet-tooth, the meal can be topped off with an order of honey bread or wojapi -- made with a Lakota Sioux berry sauce. Both are frybread based. Although I didn't have one this time, I remember the Wojapi as being sweet, but not overly so because the bread kept it from being too much.

It's like a cross between a sitdown restaurant and a takeout restaurant. The menu is larger than I was expecting and a welcome improvement from the takeout. I was impressed with the patience of the employee waiting for two people taking an extraordinary amount of time before finally ordering. No sighs, no eye rolling, just patience. The enchiladas were good -- filling without being too heavy but they could have used some spice. (Fortunately, Alberto's had that covered with the individual cups of sauces available at the counter.) The cheese quesadilla was OK. For me it was a little pricier than it should've been for what it was, but it was still tasty. The outside seating, only a couple of tables, will be well-used on nice days.

I love to read people's experiences when I see below three stars. Some of them are valid, but most…read moreare based on the service and not the food. I'm a transplant from the Bay Area where burritos are king. The first three times I went here I ordered three different burritos and every time they got my order wrong. Basically, they gave me something that I asked to not put on the burrito twice and the third time I asked for a Carne Asada super burrito with everything on it except salsa. I got home and got a vegetarian burrito with a ton of veggies including bell peppers which I don't like...but I agreed to keep giving them a chance. Went back about a month ago and they got it right! It was fine, nothing spectacular...size is large for sure. It was one of the better burritos in Billings, but that's not saying much. But here is what they do GREAT! Their tacos are awesome. Their carne asada fries are awesome and their salsa bar is awesome! I'm going to try the nachos for the first time today and I'm assuming they will be great. They do good guacamole as well and all of their homemade salsas are exceptional. Oh, almost forgot...their breakfast burritos are mindblowing. I usually get the Billings burrito and it's gigantic and filled with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham and cheese. They don't skimp. They are also gigantic, for the price a solid deal. You won't need lunch...service has been fine. Never have been rude, usually fast as well. I always go inside rather than the drive through as I have to get their salsa bar where they have larger size to go containers. Chips are extra though. Happy this place is here.

We ordered oyster shots that were plentiful and delicious (a bit spicy but good). I had the ceviche, hubby had the chimichanga meal and both were large portions and delicious. I finished off the ceviche for lunch today -- Yum
