The staff seemed organized and kept things moving. I ordered one of the crab special, which advertised as including two eggs. I was actually really looking forward to them--I had even texted my partner beforehand asking if we should order extra eggs! Unfortunately, when I got my order, there weren't any eggs included. It did come with extra crab clusters, so maybe that was meant as a substitute, but I would have preferred the meal to match the menu. I also paid for two extra cups of butter but only received one. As for the food itself, the flavor was good, though not something I'd personally crave often. I also wish there had been spice level options since I enjoy my seafood much spicier. I understand it's a food truck, so there are naturally some limitations.
