I knew this place was going to be good as soon as I saw the line for crawfish--that's always a…read moregreat sign. We waited about 15 minutes, but the line moved really fast, so it wasn't bad at all. I ordered 3 pounds of crawfish, a half dozen crabs, and 6 orders of fried hot wings. Overall, everything was good, and I would definitely recommend this spot. The crawfish were a little too spicy for me personally, but I can admit--in my younger days, that level of spice would've easily been a 10/10. Because of that, I'd rate them about an 8/10. The crabs were decent, though slightly on the dry side, especially the claws--but still not bad overall. Now the fried hot wings? Absolutely amazing. That's one of the main reasons I came, and they did not disappoint. Fresh, hot, and full of flavor--definitely something I'd come back for anytime I'm in the area. Honestly, there's only one other place in Amite, Louisiana that makes wings this good. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked fresh and hot. If I hadn't already paid, I probably would've added some fried catfish too! Everything was so good I forgot to take pictures
