Pretty standard bowling alley. I went on a Groupon, which was a really good deal. On a Sunday afternoon, the crowd was pretty sparse. I went with my mom and we had a good time, but there were a couple shady-looking characters who were creeping on us while we bowled. There were also a bunch of families with small kids though, so I'm sure it's a safe enough place. The staff were helpful and polite, but not exactly friendly. The vending machine near our lane was busted, so I went to the bar to get a Red Bull. It was really overpriced, even for a bowling alley. I don't care where you are, an 8oz Red Bull shouldn't cost $3.50. The layout of the lanes is more open than at a lot of other places. I guess it would be nice if you're with a big group, or a league. But if was kind of annoying being rightnextto the people on the next lane. I probably will only go back here with a large group, and will definitely bring my own shoes. Bowling alley shoes are always gross, but these were literally falling apart.

They were accommodating to our group. Everyone had a good time. The food is a bit high priced. I didn't try the drinks.

Good alley as long as lanes are treated, good food just wish they would oil the lanes a little more

I went for the VR experience it was good that's why they get three stars. Not to many places have the HTC vive set up. They should definitely have bigger TVs to gain more interest from bystanders and so they can see what is going on. The food options are poor and not great. Maybe the trampoline part is where it is here, that's where most people were. The parking lot is one of the dirtiest I have seen in a while, not upkept.

While the kids bounced I sat back and people watched. The bartenders and kitchen were so slow everyone kept asking for refunds. There was mess everywhere and no one was bussing the used plates and glasses. People just shoved trash off tables on to the floor to make room. My son wanted to play the VR system. $10 for 20 minutes. The line was 1 person long but they ushered a birthday party of 14 kids past us. Then after setting them up the attendant left and the party kids were literally stuck in VR land for 45 minutes. No one was around to help or stop the simulation. They are probably still there to this day. Poor souls. Anyways I had to attach a photo of the fat kid who couldn't stand long enough so his mom brought him a chair to play the stand up VR game. The youth is doomed. I was happy the VR tech at least let him play bare foot to keep the ambiance of the place classy. Speaking of which, the entire building is easily the same decibels as an airport. Bring ear plugs. Also maybe a book since the service was non existent. I finally tracked down a manager and demanded a refund before we left. My son was in tears. After waiting an hour he didn't get to play the damn VR system. We drove next door to Meijer and just bought a PS4 VR system instead. This is as the better choice and would have been a cheaper night. I did have the pleasure of telling the manager how many people just walked out the front door with full beers and stolen bowling shoes. I counted 7 while standing in line for VR. She told me that she "can't baby sit the adults". I wanted to explain that as a licensed bar manager, that is literally her job...but I just wanted to leave. It's more fun to just report them to the Ohio Liquor board. You couldn't pay me enough money to get me to go back into the "Funplex".

My first experience at Topgolf and we had a blast! The facility is HUGE and spans three floors with…read moreover 100+ bays and several lounge areas spread throughout including a rooftop terrace with fire pits. Tons of TVs spread throughout as well to ensure you never miss a game. The service was fantastic - everyone we interacted with was super pleasant and helpful. We had a lot of questions since it was our first time and no one seemed bothered by that, which was refreshing. Before we got a bay and started golfing, we decided to grab lunch and enjoy the vibes. We ordered cheesy macaroni bites and kickin' popper dip as our apps. They were both delicious! The mac bites had a thicker, crunchy coating that was divine and the Mac itself melted in your mouth with each bite. It came with a side of ranch and a side of 'creamy tomato sauce' that tasted similar to tomato soup. The kickin' popper dip was served with kettle chips and was equally as good. For entrees, we got the patty melt and the fried chicken heat-wich sandwich. Both were excellent! I'll let the photos speak for themselves. The patty melt was a little on the messier side, but nothing a couple napkins can't fix. After eating, we got set up with a bay and did an hour of golfing. They have a decent selection of different games you can select to enhance your experience and make for some friendly completion. Each bay has seating and golf clubs, you also get a server and can order food and drinks as you're golfing. Weather wise, they have fans going in the summer and heaters on during the winter. In our case, the heaters were on full blast and even though it was chilly outside, it still felt comfortable enough to be able to enjoy yourself while golfing. Since we already ate, we just locked in on some games! Our bay was clean, stocked with clubs and we had a great time. Even though we didn't order anything at our bay - our server was still friendly and helpful. All in all - we had a ton of fun! We will definitely be back in the future to see the range light up at night.

This is a hard review to write. Let me start with the manager did take care of our issue with the…read moregolf ball dispenser by giving us a discount. Issue 1 - The golf ball dispenser did not work well. We had to waive the club over the sensor or hold it there for 30 or more seconds for each ball. I said something to the waitress, and she saw that it was spitting out balls, just very slowly. She did nothing to help us. I complained at least 3 times to her. The people next to us were playing 2 or 3 balls for each one we were getting out the machine. After an hour I went inside to complain, and they sent out a maintenance man right away. He said that the lid was loose and reset the lid. The machine worked perfect after that. He gets a gold star and the waitress gets a frown from me. Issue 2 - We booked the bay from 9:00 to 11:00. They did not open the doors until exactly 9 which I understand. After we were playing, I realized that they shorted us 2 minutes on our time. I took a picture and I agree that 2 minutes is not a huge deal, but when you open your doors at 9:00 my time in the bay should have went to 11:00 for the full 2 hours. I did have fun playing golf with the family and the goal posts were a nice add since the last time we were there.
