My first experience at Topgolf and we had a blast! The facility is HUGE and spans three floors with over 100+ bays and several lounge areas spread throughout including a rooftop terrace with fire pits. Tons of TVs spread throughout as well to ensure you never miss a game. The service was fantastic - everyone we interacted with was super pleasant and helpful. We had a lot of questions since it was our first time and no one seemed bothered by that, which was refreshing. Before we got a bay and started golfing, we decided to grab lunch and enjoy the vibes. We ordered cheesy macaroni bites and kickin' popper dip as our apps. They were both delicious! The mac bites had a thicker, crunchy coating that was divine and the Mac itself melted in your mouth with each bite. It came with a side of ranch and a side of 'creamy tomato sauce' that tasted similar to tomato soup. The kickin' popper dip was served with kettle chips and was equally as good. For entrees, we got the patty melt and the fried chicken heat-wich sandwich. Both were excellent! I'll let the photos speak for themselves. The patty melt was a little on the messier side, but nothing a couple napkins can't fix. After eating, we got set up with a bay and did an hour of golfing. They have a decent selection of different games you can select to enhance your experience and make for some friendly completion. Each bay has seating and golf clubs, you also get a server and can order food and drinks as you're golfing. Weather wise, they have fans going in the summer and heaters on during the winter. In our case, the heaters were on full blast and even though it was chilly outside, it still felt comfortable enough to be able to enjoy yourself while golfing. Since we already ate, we just locked in on some games! Our bay was clean, stocked with clubs and we had a great time. Even though we didn't order anything at our bay - our server was still friendly and helpful. All in all - we had a ton of fun! This is a hard review to write. Let me start with the manager did take care of our issue with the golf ball dispenser by giving us a discount. Issue 1 - The golf ball dispenser did not work well. We had to waive the club over the sensor or hold it there for 30 or more seconds for each ball. I said something to the waitress, and she saw that it was spitting out balls, just very slowly. She did nothing to help us. I complained at least 3 times to her. The people next to us were playing 2 or 3 balls for each one we were getting out the machine. After an hour I went inside to complain, and they sent out a maintenance man right away. He said that the lid was loose and reset the lid. The machine worked perfect after that. He gets a gold star and the waitress gets a frown from me. Issue 2 - We booked the bay from 9:00 to 11:00. They did not open the doors until exactly 9 which I understand. After we were playing, I realized that they shorted us 2 minutes on our time. I took a picture and I agree that 2 minutes is not a huge deal, but when you open your doors at 9:00 my time in the bay should have went to 11:00 for the full 2 hours. Let me start by saying I had never been to a TopGolf facility. So when my fiancée asked me to accompany him along with his friends to celebrate Veteran's Day, I was not thrilled. All I thought was playing golf outdoors on a day that was very cold. (And I hate cold weather). We gathered at the bar located inside the building and waited for everyone in our party to arrive. I decided to order the Red, White, & (Blueberry) Boba which is Starry Soda, blueberry popping pearls, strawberry, & sweet cream cold foam. I was not expecting it to have so much flavor! I think I ordered 3 throughout the evening. Once I begrudgingly headed to one of the booths outside, I was pleasantly surprised about how warm the booths actually were. (And extremely happy)!! Playing golf was fun and because it was warm, golfing was that much more enjoyable. When we ordered, I was a bit skeptical about the food but ordered a Patty Melt with Fries. Woooowweeeee!! Again, I was shocked!!! Not only did it look appetizing but the burger was cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. I definitely recommend the Patty Melt. I was conflicted in my choice as there were several things that caught my eye but am happy I made the choice I did. I forgot to mention the service from the bartenders as well as our server was above par. Overall, I had an excellent experience at TopGolf; from the food, to the atmosphere and the service. Went with a group of friends for a birthday. Can definitely be a fun place but very pricey. They do offer several different discounts and deals--but look into them and research when you go because it affects the pricing. Discounts also mostly just apply to golf play so you're looking at like $1-4 dollars off. The food menu is frustrating because a lot of items don't show the prices so you have to ask your server (hopefully you have a more attentive one than we did because we had to hunt him down all night). The crispy chicken sliders were okay and the tater tot's were nice and crispy. We wanted some hot honey sauce to use for dipping and get this...they won't/can't sell it separate. It can only be sold with the hot honey pepperoni pizza ::eye roll:: so our friends ordered a hot honey pepperoni pizza with no pepperonis and the hot honey on the side lol ridiculous. Then we asked for extra hot honey (which was a whole conversation too because our lackluster server again was like "I cAnT pUt In FoR tHaT". Anyhoo, everything was exponentially tastier with the hot honey (chicken sliders and tater tot's). The donut holes were delicious with the raspberry filling. I was not a fan of the Bavarian cream. They also offer chocolate filling. You get two flavors with 24 donut holes. IF I ever find myself stuck there again with friends I would get the donut holes with two raspberry's. ***ALSO***since we were a group of 8, but only 6 golf players, make sure you keep track of your orders and drinks. 6/14/25 We went to Topgolf to celebrate my husband's surprise 40th birthday and also made it a special Father's Day outing for my father-in-law. It turned out to be the perfect spot for both events. From start to finish, we had such a great experience. Issy was our server and she was amazing, super attentive and on top of everything. She kept the drinks coming without us even having to ask, which is rare these days so that was appreciated especially with the hot humid day today. This was my first time at Topgolf, and I honestly didn't expect to have as much fun as I did! The atmosphere was upbeat, the staff was friendly, and our group had a blast. We went with the party package and the food didn't disappoint; wings, flatbread pizza, fried mac & cheese bites, queso with chips, and a charcuterie-style snack tray. Everything came out fresh and hot and tasted great, especially with all the dipping sauces. All in all, it was such a fun and easy way to celebrate. I would absolutely come back again. I went here recently with a group of friends. I have never been to Top Golf before but it was awesome. I was kinda nervous to actually play because I'm pretty bad at golf, but it was really fun. We ordered a lot of food, which was all very delicious. My favorites were probably the buffalo chicken dip, it was amazing, and the donut bites. Save your money and go to a real driving range. The quality of the balls are terrible. You never expect a driving range ball to be good anyway, but theirs are particularly bad. The games are fun, but you can just go to Miles of Golf and play all the same games and get drinks. If you want food and drinks at a driving range there is also the Acres. My last experience in particular was horrible. The management treated us incredibly rudely. All of the snootiness of a country club without any of the prestige. Especially Aaron and Erica who ignored us when we asked questions and rolled their eyes at us. There are many good employees there like manager Rachel and some of the servers. Erica and Aaron could learn a thing or two from them, or seek employment in a non-customer service capacity. My friends and I will never be back. We were babysitting my 6 year old nephew for the day and decided to take him here. It was such a fun 90 minutes that we will reserve more time next time. We visited Topgolf with 8 boys under age 10 on a school day off. It was freezing, and we were told the bays had heaters--but ours either didn't work or didn't exist. It made the experience really uncomfortable. The venue was nearly empty, and we did our best to keep the kids under control. They're young and energetic, but we corrected them when needed. To keep them warm between turns, I brought them inside to play pop-a-shot. Unfortunately, a staff member spoke very harshly to my youngest (6 years old) about running. His tone was completely inappropriate and made it seem like he had warned them multiple times, which he had not. On top of that, the front desk staff made us feel extremely uncomfortable by staring at our group the entire time. The environment felt unwelcoming and cold. We spent a lot of money that day, and two of my kids had wanted to have their birthday parties here--but that will not be happening after this experience. The only positive was our waitress, who was great. If you advertise as a kid-friendly venue that hosts birthday parties, there needs to be some understanding that kids won't stand perfectly still at all times. Very disappointed and would not return. It feels weird to rate this as a non-golfer but it's a fun place to hang out! We went here for my nephews birthday and the service was great. I tried a summer slider which was chicken and ham on a Hawaiian roll with pimento cheese on it and it was really good, plus perfectly cooked tater tots. I didn't even golf, just sat and watched everyone else which was entertaining enough! It's good for all ages and fun for even non-golfers. There's different games you can "play" and the kids (and adults) really enjoyed it. Things like "Angry birds" and where you hit the ball can knock down the bird tower. I really have enjoyed my last two experiences at Top Golf. We went to one in Florida and then this one on Easter Sunday in the morning. We had no issues getting reservations. It wasn't busy and getting checked in was super easy. Finding our bay was easy too. We had the perfect location right in the middle. It did take a little bit for our server to get to us, but I think he was helping another person try to fix something. No big deal to me as the food came out pretty fast. My husband and I bought got hamburgers. I had a gluten-free bun and it was the same one they use in Florida. I also love their tots. They are so tasty. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries. She liked them, but preferred the tots over the fries. My son had the chicken sandwich and thought it was just okay. He preferred the fries over the tots so we did a lot of swapping between each out, which is fine. Both my kids (12 & 9) loved the games and had so much fun even my daughter who isn't that comfortable golfing. She was able to hit and have fun even without the perfect technique. I've been to Top Golf before, but this time the service was above and beyond. Our waiter (didn't catch his name) was very attentive and also extremely observant; when I asked for a cup of hot water to warm milk for my child, he asked me how full I wanted the cup, if I wanted room left for when the bottle was put in the cup. I was very impressed by the thoughtfulness of that question and even more impressed when I learned they have a room for nursing mothers to breastfeed jn. Very unexpected and awesome! I had the Heat Wave chicken sandwich and it was perfectly cooked, juicy fried chicken. It had a habanero slaw but was actually pretty mild in heat. The fries were also delicious and their ranch was good -'you could tell it was homemade. We also tried the pretzel bites and burger. I was really impressed with the quality and flavors of the food. My company reserved two bays for dinner on a Monday evening. Our time got pushed back an hour due to a monsoon in West Chester - unbelievable rain and lightning! But, the team vacuumed up as much water as possible, replaced a terminal and started taking our drink and food orders. We loved several of the appetizers - chicken and steak nachos, guacamole, pretzels with cheese and mac and cheese bites. The Cobb salad was delicious as my dinner choice! The old fashioned was okay, but switched to beer and kept with drafts for the remainder of the night. Relaxing spot to hang out and never felt on top of anyone next to us despite the full third floor (on a Monday night!). We also enjoyed the indoor bar beforehand. Golf clubs available. Up to 6 players per bay. Advance reservations recommended. Some bays have high top tables and chairs while others are with couches. All weather venue. read more

I walked into this fine establishment hoping for a fun and relaxing time with family. Seeing fit to get the most out of my time for this particular experience, I utilized my TopGolf™ gift card to purchase the bay upon my arrival, and a separate TopGolf™ gift card to purchase a golf glow accessory, both of which were successful purchases. After arriving at our bay, I paid an additional sixty United States Dollars (USD) for a so-called "play fee". Whilst initially I presumed such a charge as blasphemous, this was nothing compared to what came later. But I am getting ahead of myself; after paying this obscene charge, we ordered some consumables and liquid beverages to exuberance, under the assumption that we could utilize our multiplicity of TopGolf™ gift cards to purchase said consumables. At the conclusion of our golfing session, the attendant, who was somewhat present during our visit but ultimately unremarkable in any significantly positive way, arrived with the handheld card-reading device to allow us to purchase our items and conclude our play. However, the aforementioned TopGolf™ gift cards, which were both initially purchased from the same company grocery store, Meijer, and were both initially used to purchase the session and golf glove, were denied for no reason. The depravity of such a situation left me and my fellows aghast. Even when we questioned the unseemly individual overseeing our visit about the nature of this situation, management was not alerted as our TopGolf™ gift cards were apparently "third-party" and unable to be accepted, despite them being previously utilized successfully. This series of events is clearly the result of incapable management and incumbent staff depraved of a desire to provide a meaningful customer experience. At no point during our stay were we provided any logical answer as to what which preventing our payment and no follow up was attempted by any member of Topgolf™ staff. This was easily one of the most traumatizing and dehumanizing experiences of my entire lifespan, and future generations of our family will remember this day. In our esteemed opinion, this establishment should be abolished and responsibility must be taken for the abhorrent actions of this company. read more

What a fun way to get some exercise in a sporty environment! Kicking off 2023 by playing some golf on a weeknight, woot woot! This teacher is trying to make a point to have more weeknight adventures, and top golf was a perfect fit. My friend and I were able to make reservations the day of. We were given two timeslot availabilities: 515 to 715 or 715 to 915. We got a bay right on the second floor off of the main level -- the same level with the bar and check in desk. We were assigned a server, and we definitely got enough attention--but we were also left to ourselves to play some golf. We did order a flatbread to split, which was the perfect size. We also enjoyed two rounds of hot chocolate, as it got a bit breezy as the sun set. There are tables in each golf Bay away from the ledge with heaters, so typically you will stay pretty warm... But it can get a bit windy towards the end of the area where you hit the golf balls. If you stay pretty active, you should stay warm. We did (but I did dress warmly and had an extra layer in the car, just in case) on a nice night in January, but we did notice a difference once the sun went down. You can also bring your own golf clubs and accessories, but you can certainly use all of their clubs, as they are provided. I love that there are some fun games that you can play through their digital system which makes it a little bit more entertaining --especially if you are not an avid golfer. Your bill can definitely add up with the rental of a bay plus food and drinks, but they do offer specials during the week. If you go with a larger group, you can always split the cost of the golfing bay. Two hours was a perfect timeframe to eat and play a few games--and if you are going with people (more than just yourself) 2 hours fits perfectly. If you plan to rent a bay to practice your own golf swing, an hour would be perfectly fine. read more

I was wanting something to do with my oldest son, and eventually my youngest son too. We've done movies, zoos, and I wanted something that none of us were familiar with to do. Well, a close friend suggested Topgolf, which sounded and resembled a driving range. Although, he described it as more like lawn darts but golf clubs and golf balls. He encouraged me to show up when it opened if I was unable to reserve a booth. So, we showed up at 5 minutes upon opening on a Saturday. We were on the first level, which was fine since we weren't accustomed to the games' working order. I returned about two weeks later with both my sons, and we reserved a booth on the top level. Don't buy drinks here. I don't trust anything going on in the back for that matter. We brought a family of 10+ for a birthday experience. They are extremely unsanitary. We had drinks made at the bar, Mackenzie, a server was up making drinks. With NO gloves or tongs dips in the limes, eats some, picks out the seeds proceeds to peel and eat the garnishes over the container for the drinks. We notified Zack, the Manager at the bar who confronted the server. Mackenzie stated straightforwardly, "IDC. So" We decided to no longer purchase the drinks from the smirks, snickers and so on they were doing. How could you not provide sanitary service? We requested the building manager, TJ of this experience and was offered compensation. This is a coachable moment of sanitation which was not properly addressed. Disgusting. read more

This place is awesome. I booked two booths for my sons birthday though the events planner. She was very friendly, communication and follow exceeded my expectations. We arrived on our date set. Our rooms were ready to go at the reservation time. Our waitress was on top of it bringing drinks and food for a large group of 12 people. She got us started on the golf play and showed us how to operate the game. The menu and food items were surprisingly delicious, better than your average bar food. Best of all my son who absolutely loved golf had the time of his life and we made some great family memories. We are already talking about another return trip. This is definitely one of those places I've been curious about for quite some time... Even for a guy who has never swung a driver in his life. Before this, the only golf I ever played was mini of frisbee. Still, the allure of a driving range is sometimes too much to resist, especially when your worplace is paying the tab. The place is pretty big and has lots to offer. As soon as you walk in, you see the check-in desk, a pro shop, as well as a very nice bar/food area. The driving range area consists of three floors. They have outdoor heaters for play in colder weather. There are also bar areas in the ranges for tasty beverages while you play. Each driving bay comes complete with clubs and balls. There are different games you can play as well and you don't have to be able to blast 300 yard drives to be good. There are different targets on the range itself with different score values based on distance and closeness to hole. My work reserved four bays for us on the third floor. I'll admit I was a bit intimidated at first, but some of my co-workers are avid golfers, so they were willing to show me proper driving techniques. Before I knew it, I was swinging pretty well, racking up good points. I even won the first round. Not bad for a beginner, eh? The attendants there were all super friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, they were right there to get it, like any food or drinks. Speaking of food, my work also paid for a nice buffet for us, and they made some delicious food there. They brought out pulled pork, chicken parmesan, mac & cheese, sautéed veggies, garden salad, and fresh rolls. So I indulged a little in that too. Their drink selection was excellent too, from beer to wine to spirits and mixed drinks. I'm definitely glad my work did this for us. Best time with friends and family! This is the kind of place you can go year round for a good time. Be prepared to get laughed at or laugh at yourself because there will be moments you hit something so wrong... it's right! The food is really good too, as are the drinks. The service and staff are so kind and helpful as well. I strongly recommend reservations on the weekends, especially if you have a larger group like we usually do and need two bays. We will be back soon for a few birthdays and then for Father's Day. Side note- if you purchase gift cards around Christmas- you get extra gift cards for play! Side note: Their kitchen staff is wonderful- the past two times we have been, and we let them know one of our kids has a gluten issue.
