Natalie did hair and make up for my daughter's wedding in September and was great to work with. She was efficient and pleasant, and everyone looked beautiful. My daughter's trial was great, her make-up was perfect, but we made a couple of tweaks to her hair on wedding day, and it was perfect too. I used rollers & rogue for my wedding hair and makeup and was very satisfied with my stylist Adriana. She was very fast and did an amazing job with my hair and makeup both for the trial and the day of. The rates for rollers & rogue are also a little better than other places I spoke with. I loved how I looked for my wedding!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 were small miscommunications prior to my appointment, which I think stems from the owner Natalie contracting out to other stylists. I recommend contacting the stylist directly before a trial just to confirm details with them. read more

First off, the stylist Adrianna was absolutely wonderful. She was so easy to get along with, finished all the bridal party hair and make-up quickly and we were all impressed with the quality of her work! Her make-up was natural and not overdone. My rating is to reflect the communication with the owner, Natalie, leading up to the wedding. We rescheduled our wedding three times due to COVID and our dual military commitments, and Natalie informed us that we were unable to cancel services without paying full price, despite being 30+ days in advance and no mention of it in our contract. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, she reached out to confirm final details and it was obvious she does not prioritize attention to detail. Amongst other inaccuracies, there was no dollar amount associated with the travel fee on our initial contract, but she informed me that it was an additional $123 to travel to Allenspark- fine, absolutely acceptable. Then there was miscommunication about the possibility of switching hair and make-up locations throughout the morning due to venue conflicts, and Natalie became shockingly unprofessional. She threatened to add another surprise fee for the location change. She was rude and condescending over email, adding unnecessary stress leading up to the wedding. Very frustrating to work with someone so inflexible. read more

As I was looking for my hair and makeup stylist for my wedding day, I kept noticing how the bride would get charged sooo much more compared to the bridesmaids/MOG/MOB services, which has never made much sense to me. HOWEVER, Natalie absolutely does not do that! So not only was her pricing fair, she was wonderful to work with, both for my hair and makeup trial and the day of my wedding. She is super responsive and so nice. Elise, my makeup stylist, was also incredibly nice and they listened to everyone in the bridal party's concerns about hair and makeup. My niece went here for a hair and makeup trial. She told me how disappointed she was and that when she got to the car she sat and cried. She just shows me pictures of her hair. OMG! Whoever did her hair needs to give up her license. Her hair looked like it had been soaked in grease then pulled into knotted ropes. She said she has emailed the office several times to try and resolve the issue but her emails are being ignored. To make matters worse the beautician refused to do her makeup, claiming it was not booked. Apparently, she was told that should would have to have her hair straitened before her appointment and they would just style it after. If you are planning a hair and makeup trial for a wedding or any other event, based on the pictures I saw you may want to go someplace else. read more

Natalie did such an amazing job with my hair and make up! She also did my moms and my mother in law's make up and they absolutely loved it! Natalie was so patient and very accommodating to our needs and made us feel so special! She took us in, kind of, you would say on the last minute for a wedding, due to having a quick ceremony without much preparation, I didn't think it would be possible to find such a great service with the time we had! I had such a weird experience with Rollers and Rouge and I honestly don't know how to rate them. In short, my trial was a nightmare but my wedding day went amazingly. Let me explain: My trial was awful. It was rescheduled twice and when it finally came, I was deeply disappointed and actually left in tears. Natalie did AMAZING on my hair, it was perfect and beautiful and just what I wanted for my wedding. My make up, however was a nightmare. I am Native American with naturally pretty tan skin, and tan very easily. She used foundation so light that I can only compare it to whiteface. She kept saying that she could use bronzer to darken it, but it didn't work and I left looking like a china doll and cried my entire drive home. She also referred to filled in brows as 'Chola brows' and refused to do mine like the photo of myself that I showed her. She slightly filled my brows and told me I would have to do them myself. She also does not have liquid eyeliner and tried to make a cat eye using a pencil. It was.. not great. Especially for $150. She also had a few friends over because they were going to a concert after the trial, so I just felt rushed and a bit of an inconvenience. Fast forward to the wedding day. I was nervous as HELL. I told my bridesmaids to keep an eye on the foundation color, and to be prepared to stop everything if necessary because I was NOT going to look like a geisha on my wedding day. Well, she absolutely killed it. The foundation was perfectly matched to my skintone, she also used airbrush to smooth everything out and keep a natural but fully covered look. I brought an eyeshadow palette that she used on me and explained how to use in the future. It looked incredible! I did my own eyeliner and brows which made me feel more comfortable and more like myself. It was honestly perfect and I was so happy. I really couldn't believe how beautiful I looked! She also did my mother's make up and made her look so beautiful! Everyone's hair was perfect and exactly how they wanted it. I do have two complaints: The first is that the eyelash glue didn't work at all. My maid of honor's lashes were falling off as soon as we got to the venue and she ended up taking them off before the ceremony. Everyone else's lashes (including my own) came off during the reception. I ended up just ripping them off before the end of the night because one was halfway off and basically dangling on my eyelid. The second complaint is that she didn't think there was enough time to get everyone ready, so she hired a secondary person to do hair. That girl was supposed to charge everyone $15 extra on their services to cover her fee, but she didn't. So in the end, I had to cover the extra fees for those services on my own. Kind of a bummer for a bride, but obviously just a simple misunderstanding. read more

My daughter, Emily, was married three weeks ago and Natalie and her girls did a fabulous job on all nine of us! We all looked so natural and perfect! We all received so many compliments. Sorely disappointed when it comes to this company. After speaking with my friends two of my bridesmaids recommended Rollers & Rouge. I reached out, very excited to work with them, to only be turned away. Upon initial contact Natalie sent me the typical contract, all fine and dandy, but after my wedding planner reviewed it she wanted to add in some safe guards for me due to the state of the world. We tried to add that if our stylist were to cancel that the company would do everything in their power to replace the services and that if my wedding were to be postponed to COVID like so many others that they would honor the new date or return my deposit. I find these reasonable requests but after careful consideration Natalie decided that her company couldn't meet my beauty obligations. Be careful ladies, I'm glad my wedding planner thought to add these stipulations because who knows how this company would have responded in those situations. Will not be recommended to any future brides and neither shall my 2 bridesmaids. read more

I can't tell you how disappointing my experience with this company was. Natalie, the owner, did an incredible job on my trial run for my hair months before my wedding. She reassured me she would be doing my hair on my wedding day. The day of my wedding rolls around, and Natalie does not show up (due to a family emergency, which I totally understand). She only emailed me a couple of hours before the wedding saying she would not be there, so I of course didn't see it until the next day. She sends 2 other girls instead, who she said had read over the contract, which included 4 sets of eyelashes for me, my 2 bridesmaids, and my mom. Shocker, they show up with no eyelashes. They rush through my hair and my 2 bridesmaids hair, and one of them has to leave and go to Walgreens to get the eyelashes. Due to this, there was NO time for my mom to get her hair done. Now here's the best part...they still charge us for 4 hair dos when they only did 3!! My mom had to quickly do her own hair. This was such a stressful event that happened on my wedding day. I was very upset, and looking at photos now, I am not happy with how my hair looks. It doesn't even compare to how good it looked at my trial run. We completely deserve a refund for something that should have never been charged in the first place. I highly recommend using a different company for your wedding hair needs. read more
