It's nice to have a place to kick back eat and drink while the older kids play. They have an arcade area, ropes, axe throwing, lazer tag and go karts. I'd say you can spend a good 1.5 hours before you get bored. At least with my teens anyway. Staff was cool. Didn't experience and issues. Overall It wasn't bad and everyone should experience it at least once. With that being said, I would only come maybe once every so many years.

Comfortable shoes and clothes you can move around in, is a must! I like how each of the rooms have several games to choose from, some are collaborate and some are competitive. 75 minutes was not enough time. This is something a family could do for 2 hours or so as time flies quickly. A feature I like is that is no one is waiting to go in the room you're in, you can continue playing. This is great as you can "level up" in games. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful! I wish there was a place like this where I live, in NC.

The kids loved the space- we had 1-7yos and everyone seemed to have fun. We had like 7 or so families and their kids come and fit eveyone and a dedicated food table. It was tight with the tables in there because the building isn't very wide  but it worked out fine.  There were spaces for diaper bags and strollers.  The other really nice thing is the mini mall courtyard has seating outside so if it's a nice day people can congregate and the kids can burn out energy there too. In terms of all the play options, I loved it and the kids were entertained too. There are like 10 different play stations, a separate play area for the younger kids, kids books in several languages, a dedicated changing room that is separate from the bathroom. There was plenty of hand sani stations and three owner wore a mask the whole time. And there's also a groupon right now and she's running other specials you can probably book if you give her a call.

Bathrooms are close so great for potty training toddlers who have to go RIGHT NOW. There are 4 picnic tables in the pavilion, 2 drinking fountains and some sunshades with benches. The only downside is one parking lot is a flat trek to the playground but a longer one and the other parking lot is fairly close but you have to walk down a big hill and so then also back up. So anyone who is more limited with ambulation or someone who fatigues very quickly may not find this playground particularly accessible. Otherwise it is a super fun and simple playground!
