After driving for only 2 days (200 miles), my oil pressure light came on. When I checked the dipstick, there was no oil at all in the engine. I had to get the car towed back to Walmart, and they admitted the oil filter had been installed incorrectly. They refunded my Uber ride to Walmart since i couldn't drive my car, the oil change, and the replacement filter I had to buy because they didn't have one in stock. I thought the issue was resolved, but a few hundred miles later I noticed a large puddle of oil under my car and, again, no oil on the dipstick. I took the car to Valvoline, where they told me the oil filter had once again been installed incorrectly. My skid plate was soaked with oil from the leak. Had I not caught it, this could have caused serious engine damage. I have documentation of both incidents. I'm sharing this so others know to be very cautious about getting an oil change at this location. Two separate oil filter installation errors in such a short time is unacceptable, and it could have destroyed my engine

About an hour and a half into their 6 hour drive, the vehicle they were driving in got a flat. They put the small spare on and looked around the town they got to for a tire. Best anyone could do was to get one in next day. They made some more calls and Walmart in Rolla had a tire that would fit. By the time they made it there it was well beyond the tire center closing time (by a couple hours). They could sell the tire but not install. After speaking with the boys, the staff member said he would go ahead and put it on for them so they could continue their trip home. I don't have the associates name, but thank you! That is exceedingly above and beyond the expectations of that individuals job responsibilities. The boys did make it home that night thanks to one persons selfless actions. Thank You!

DO NOT deal with Ed Morse KIA dealership in Rolla, MO. Their service department will NOT inspect…read moreyour car with fidelity or with safety in the customer's best interest. They do not give any details in a multi-point inspection and allow customers to leave with major safety issues with their vehicles. They did not alert me of some major tire issues and let me leave my appointment thinking everything had passed safety inspection, when in fact, the condition of my tires could've resulted in a major blowout and cause an inevitable wreck. Thankfully, someone alerted me to the concern and I promptly replaced my tires. This dealership is a KILLER... literally. They are not concerned with providing top-notch service (and sales) and have a horrible reputation in the area, which is obviously well-deserved. There are so many other businesses that can provide safe inspections and excellent customer service -- Ed Morse KIA in Rolla is NOT that kind of business. BEWARE!
