Back in February I discovered that Miss Kitty was doing cakes, so I ordered one from her for Valentine's Day, a lovely chocolate mocha coconut cake with ganache and espresso. Well that did not go so well. The cake arrived as planned and looked beautiful, but The Doctor was admitted into the hospital for a triple bypass. We eventually got home to try the cake about two weeks later, and it was very good. But as a baker, I knew that cake would have been a whole lot tastier if we had it on VD. Fast forward to our anniversary and we got the same cake to have at home as dessert with The Queen. OMG! The flavors were so amazing and the cake was so moist. For you folks that like a lot of frosting, you get it here. I myself don't do a lot of frosting, but I know most people do like it.
