First time coming to Roll N Crust and the owner was so incredibly welcoming and sweet. They usually don't let people do half half on medium sized pizzas but he allowed us to and I thought that was just another benefit you get from coming to a small business, they're not confined to any set rules and are usually really nice about any adjustments. The food was good and the crust was crispy. You can taste the quality of the food and they don't skimp out on any of the ingredients. With the pepperoni side, you literally can't see a single spot that doesn't have pepperoni on it. We dined in and the pizza was pipping hot. The owner came and served us bringing us plates and complimentary condiments and ranch. I was shocked because pizza shops usually charge for ranch so I was super thankful. It was just a tad warm inside the restaurant (probably from all the ovens) but we really enjoyed the food and the friendly owner. Support a new local business and give their food a try. read more

This is a newish pizza place near the Safeway on Mission Blvd. They specialize in pizzas with international flavors, like kimchi, fajita chicken, tandoori chicken, and several vegetarian options as well. They also have Rolls, which look filled dough in the shape of a wreath. Every time I pass this place, the parking lot is empty. So tonight I thought I would give them a try. To my surprise the parking lot was filled, and there was a large party inside. I ended up ordering my pizza to-go. I got the smokehouse supreme, which is packed with grilled chicken, smoked bacon, sausage, ham, onion, green pepper, jalapeños, mushrooms, black olives, and mozzarella on a BBQ sauce. They are very generous with the toppings, and the crust was really good. It was hard underneath, but airy on top. The pizza was quite good, but the chicken wasn't necessary. With so many strong flavors, the chicken seems like filler. I appreciated all the exotic pizza options, but it would be nice to have some simpler options too, or build your own. (Maybe you can, but I didn't ask.) A simple sausage and mushroom would have been nice. The staff was really busy with the party, but were still very friendly. We finally found a pizza spot nearby in Fremont so the kid won't bug me about driving out further for pizza. My bf found this place and glad he did. The pizzas are fresh, soft yet have a crispy edge crust, and is delicious! There's the classic flavors (combo, cheese, etc), vegetarian, and Asian inspired flavors (kimchi BBQ chicken, butter chicken). Very nostalgic vibes and the staff is very kind and welcoming. We came towards the end of the lunch special hours and they still made us fresh pizza anyways :) we really enjoyed the spice trail chicken, which to my delight had corn on top. They use organic, unbleached flour in their fermented dough, which has health benefits like antioxidants (today I learned!) They also had whole pizzas you can order a la carte, and the paneer pizza is definitely something we will order in the future. It was my first time trying hot honey, as they had a great selection of sauces to choose from. With tax it is less than $15 per person for the buffet. The atmosphere felt comfortable and clean with several large TV screens throughout. The service was friendly and there was no wait time which is nice if you're on a lunch break. The salad bar was good with many veggie and dressing options. The pizza I tried was the ham pineapple and the veggie pizzas. Both were very good. I tried the lunch buffet. It's around $14 dollars before tax/tip, and comes with a fountain drink. Salad bar has a good selection of toppings. As for the pizzas, there were only three available. The pizzas were cheese, Hawaiian, and not sure what it's called but maybe Fiesta Fajita Chicken pizza. The pizzas were decent. Bottom crust had a dry cracker like texture, and the pizzas had plenty of toppings. Unfortunately, this place isn't that popular. So there were no newly made pizzas. They did offer to make a new pizza, but I was already done with my meal. read more

Went here for the Lunch Buffet, after taxes the total came to around $15. The pizza is stored in a Pizza Cabinet, right next to the Salad Bar. The Salad Bar is fine, it has your usual Salad Bar things, like dressing, lettuce, some macaroni, not really my thing but is serviceable. The pizza when I first arrived was okay, it being in the cabinet for a while made the bottom a little stale, however, the person over the counter who I assume is the owner says they freshly bake more stuff as people arrived, and after about 10 minutes, a fresh pizza arrived. The fresh things I got was the Garlic Bread, and Pepperoni Pizza. Both were exceptional, the pizza and the Garlic bread had very nice cheese pulls, and the bottom of the pizza was crisp. The dough was definitely the standard here, as a person who usually doesn't eat the crust, it was enjoyable. TLDR: for $15 it is definitely worth it, if you can stay for them to make a fresh batch of pizza, even better read more

We decided to do pizza to celebrate my nephews birthday. My partner looked up good rated pizza places near by and found something new. We decided to do dine-in as we were a big group of 6 plus a infant. Right when we entered we were impressed at the restaurant layout and cleanliness. The owner whose family also works there were friendly and warm. We ordered a pepperoni pie, wings and a veggie pie. During the wait we played a great couple of games of family bingo. My family and I went here for dinner, and everything (from the service, the pizza, to the chicken wings) were great. The garlic cheese bread was perfectly garlicky, and my young nephew finished all of it. The combination pizza was loaded with lots of toppings and the sausages on it were delicious. The crust had a nice crisp at the bottom with a chewier center, just the way I like it. The owner says that he uses an organic and unbleached flour to make it. Just tried this new pizza place t that replaced the old Roundtable Pizza. Went with my wife and Fremont Mayor Emerita Lily Mei. We ordered their combination pizza. Great tasting crust, full of toppings. Much better than the old Roundtable Pizza. The new place is brightly lit and is inviting. It even has a separate soundproof room for parties and special events. The restaurant is owned by local Fremont residents. So please support local. They offer a lunch buffet if you don't just want to have pizza only. Owner and staff were very friendly and made great recommendations for orders. Pizza came out quickly and was hot! One of the better pizzas we have had in Fremont after a long time. The crust was very nice and crispy and the cheese and toppings both vegetarian and meat were good quality. The salad bar was fresh, and the all you can eat buffet is a great choice for a quick and affordable meal. The inside of this joint has been redone by the new owners, and is bright and cheerful. Roll N Crust is a new spot (about 3 weeks old) and already very promising. We ordered two X-Large 16" pizzas along with 36 buffalo wings, and everything--from food quality to delivery--was excellent. They use organic, unbleached flour, which really shows in the crust: light, airy, and not heavy. Carnivore's Crust (16") Loaded with meat, well balanced, and not greasy. The crust stayed crisp and held up perfectly. Garden Symphony Pizza (16") Fresh, colorful vegetables that tasted clean and well-seasoned. A great lighter option that still felt satisfying. Buffalo Wings (36 pcs) Flavorful, well-sauced, and cooked just right. Delivery & Service The restaurant opened at 10:00 AM, and we placed an order for 11:00 AM, with delivery about 4 miles away. Getting both pizzas and wings prepared and delivered in under an hour is no small feat--especially for a brand-new place--and they executed it smoothly. The driver, who turned out to be the owner, was incredibly kind and professional. They thoughtfully included plates, cups, forks, red pepper flakes, and parmesan. A free soda was given as a token of thanks, which felt genuine and appreciated. For a place this new, the efficiency, ingredient quality, and service are impressive--and it's easy to see why they already have great reviews.
