    Prime rib sandwich

Please note this restaurant is located inside Sky River Casino and you must be 21 to get into the casino. This restaurant never disappoints us. The food is always tasty, the chicken and prime rib is seasoned perfectly. We always get a side of potatoes, ask for an extra horseradish sauce and dip the potatoes in. YUM! Also want to add, when we order the prime rib we have onions and cheese added. This makes it extra delish!!!

Perfect prime rib sandwich - meat is well seasoned, shaved really thinly, the bread holds it all together and at the same time able soak in all the au jus sauce they give you to dip (I pour it on the sandwich little by little since you cannot dip it in such a small sauce cup!) I really enjoyed every bite as the beef melted in my mouth. Service: the guy in the back was quite cool and made it quick! This place is located in the Sky River Casino hidden in the food court, look for Chickie pizza sign.

Dry flavorless chicken. Roasted potatoes were green, which is a sign of the potatoes being mishandled and over exposed to fluorescent lighting/led. My overall experience is that Sky Rivers food court does a lot of variety of cuisine, but truly doesn't do anything well. If you want the real Roli Roti experience go to the Bay area where this style was created and sold at a farmers market. Otherwise you can recreate this style of dish in your own kitchen with your own oven.

Clean place with nice staff and that's where it ends . I ordered the rotisserie chicken with potatoes and it was not good . The cook on the potatoes was good but lacked flavor as did the chicken . It was moist and looked good but lacked flavor . Below basic . I took it home and will add to it to make into a chicken salad for something.

My friend told me the prime rib sandwich and the crispy porchetta sandwich are excellent. I am coming to try them with my daughter this evening. I decided to come tonight on Thursday to avoid the Wednesday rush. Maybe it is a mistake. The prime ribs in the sandwich are very, very overcooked. Dry and tasteless. My daughter can't finish it. The porchetta sandwich is better. But it's still pretty dry. I guess they are not busy tonight! The workers are friendly and polite. The dining area is spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed the seating areas even if I was not eating there. I may try them again or the other food stations on my next visit. Maybe try to come on Wednesday or the weekend when they have a faster turnaround.

Took my mom to Sky Casino for her birthday. She loves to play slots. I wanted a snack before I take her to lunch. Had the Brussel sprouts with pork and chicken drippings, rosemary salt and lime. Very tasty.

The first time I had the Prime Rib Dip sandwich, it was one of the BEST I've had in a LONG time, but ever since then it's been disappointing and really depends on who's making the sandwich.. I always ask for Medium rare but "Rarely" get that.. Portions are All over the place and the last one I had was half as much as I usually get.. I've been coming EVERY Wednesday to take advantage of the Senior (50+) $5 off Food and $10 Free Slot play for the last 2 months and now order the Rueben Sandwich @ Global Eats. Give that a try NEXT, it's pretty Huge and very tasty..

Excellent customer service, 5 stars! However, my food was a big flop. First time here and the prime rib dip was recommended to me. It was just meat between buns. Creamy horseradish and Au jus came on the side. Huge sandwich stacked with plenty of meat, looked very appetizing. The meat was cooked perfectly, nice and tender. Generous amount. Entire sandwich had no flavor and it tasted as if they forgot salt. The Au jus was bland and not hot enough as a dip, more like a cold dip. The bread needed maybe some slight toasting. Literally just meat and bread, and bland in taste. Maybe a slice of cheese would have helped. For this reason, I did not finish my sandwich. Located inside the beautiful Sky Casino food court. Very clean and plenty of self seating. The ambiance made up for the food. Utensils and condiments are self serve.

So Sky River casino is open and "The Market" food court. Our goal is to try every restaurant at Sky River. The Market has a good variety of restaurants, waiting on one more to open and I think it will be complete. Tonight we had the Roli Roti. We ordered one of each item on the menu. The best item we had was the crispy porchetta sandwich. The onion marmalade made the sandwich. The chicken was very dry could be on the roaster too long or not brined well. It needed some sauce or marinade in the chicken drippings like the veggies. Potatoes and Brussel sprouts were flavorful from the pork and chicken drippings. We will try the chicken again maybe for lunch instead of dinner.

Delicious and worth the money. Service was good. Good ambiance as always. I would go here again.

Omg deliciousness, I tried the porchetta sandwich ( juicy pork with arugula and caramelized onions ! So much flavor in each bite it was soo gooood. I can't wait to try the chicken next time ! Definitely a great sandwich to try.

Forgot what it's called, but it's the only sandwich they have.

It seems like a tough crowd--but after my visit, I can see why expectations run high. My cheeseburger featured high-quality, freshly ground beef that was well-seasoned with a flavorful, salty crust. The patty was tender and juicy, exactly what you want from a handcrafted burger. The brioche bun was nicely toasted, and the cheese melted perfectly over the patties--both essential details that elevate a great cheeseburger. The burger was simply but thoughtfully assembled with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, pickles, and Butcher's aioli. Their house-made sauce added a nice depth of flavor without overpowering the beef. I appreciated how they kept the toppings classic and balanced--fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, red onion, and tangy pickles complement the richness of the patty and sauce beautifully. The fries were just as impressive. They had that ideal contrast: an ultra-crispy, golden-brown exterior with a light, fluffy interior. Perfectly seasoned, pleasantly salty, not greasy, and sturdy enough to hold their shape--they checked all the boxes. Overall, they hit all the key elements of a truly great handcrafted cheeseburger and fries. High marks from me.

One of the better margaritas I've had in a while and the milkshake and dirty sodas were excellent. The bone in wings were hot and sauced perfectly, while the kids cheeseburger was large and they had the toppings on the side (lettuce, pickles, tomatoes) which my wife appreciated since our son is always picky about having pickles in his burger. We waited more than 10 minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us or took our drink order. What made it more frustrating was watching tables seated after us get greeted and served drinks much sooner. On a positive note, the food came out fairly quickly and was good. We ordered a Gourmet Burger and a Kids Cheeseburger, and both were prepared well with no complaints about the food itself. The bigger issue was what happened after the food arrived. Once our meals were dropped off, we never saw our server again. No drink refills were offered, despite the empty glasses, and nobody checked on us or offered additional bottomless fries. The food was solid, but the lack of service and attention throughout the meal made the overall experience disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day.

We brought it home immediately, and I found each of food items to be just barely warm. For the burger, the different toppings were nice to have, but nothing super unique. The bun was probably the most disappointing part was the bun. The bun wasn't really soft, and definitely not warmed up. It would have been nice if the bread was toasted at the very least. The bun itself was also a little dry. The skinny fries had potential to be better. They were mostly soggy and unfortunately not salted enough. The onion rings were not crispy despite the batter appearing to be that way in many pictures. I can't really see myself coming back here.
