Two other people walk in and she couldn't be more friendly to them and did not ask them to use the hand sanitizer at all... truly this girl had a horrible jealously and attitude problem. The store is large, abundantly stocked, and somewhere between neat and immaculate. The prices are generally excellent to exceptional, and lots of high-quality brands. I've occasionally seen retail prices this good (ok, rarely), but never in this combination of large, neat, comfortable store, exceptional prices, and helpful staff. Kind of like REI for apparel, with plenty of overlap, but leans a bit more towards work clothing than hiking/mountaineering/leisure. I can't think of a store of this kind in the entire state that is this good. Worth the drive from far away, especially as the cold weather season approaches. Helps you survive winters up here!

Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.
