Been a resident here since 2004. Recently I was involved in an accident and long story short I have…read moredisabilities. I notified the office about the fact there were no handicap parking spaces in the lot behind the building I live. That turned into the most rude, unprofessional, uncaring and unfriendly experience.(thus the previous review). Since that review I contacted several agencies and learned that there should be (2)TWO handicapped spaces in the lot. I tried to call the leasing office numerous times each day for a week and no one answered nor returned my phone calls. I asked to speak to Jack and to Jacks manager ...have not been contacted by either. There has been (1) handicapped space placed in the parking lot... Across the lot FURTHEST FROM MY BUILDING!!! IS THAT what they mean when they say ***WE VALUE OUR RESIDENTS*** I do understand its not a personal space and anyone with the proper documentation can park in the space. However after over a decade of living here and no other resident requesting , would it not be common sense (not to mention ADA requirement) to place the handicap space closest to my building? How inhumane UNkind and deliberately CHILDISH they have proven themselves to be.

My wife and I have lived in this place for 4 years, so here are the pros and cons of this place…read more Pros: Nice, quiet neighborhood near Kings highway and downtown Haddonfield and if you need to use 295 to commute you are very close! Also, if you get a dog, it's a onetime fee. Unfortunately, that's where this list ends. Cons: There have been two people who have run the front office and honestly both have been bad. This office keeps really bad hours making it impossible to go and see in person if you work, and they have no Saturday hours, so if you need to see them, then you need to take some time off. Also ran into many issues with this place like not having heat for most of the winter during 2020-2021 and each time we called, we were told that "they were working on it" we threatened to not pay rent and then it was fixed until I paid rent and then it wouldn't work for a week or so. Both the front office and the manger above them were extremely unhelpful regarding this. The rent is constantly rising in this place, and you do not see where this money is going into. The money is not going into better staff or anything, it probably went into this new blue siding that they did. So don't be fooled by the outside, the inside is an ugly yellow color with 20 layers of paint, that doesn't allow you to close your doors. The maintenance staff, while they are very nice, they are unfortunately incompetent and/or lazy. If you try to get something fixed expect it to break again in a couple months. We have run into an issue where the faucet in our bathtub would leak a lot of water. Someone would come in fix it and then 2 to 3 months later it would break again and start leaking. We were told by one guy that they put the O-ring in too tight breaking it and then the heat from the water breaks it down, so they just kept installing it wrong. We had another case where the faucet in our kitchen was leaking and when the maintenance guy came in, he told me they would have to replace the whole sink and they won't have a replacement for a while. I told him I think the O-ring needs to be fixed, and when he replaces it, the sink stopped leaking and he was surprised by that. Don't you think he should have thought about that in the first place? A problem with both the front and maintenance was our roof was leaking and every time there was a down pour, we would see our ceiling bubbling. When we called them about it the maintenance staff came in and said "Yeah the guy who lived here before you complained about the same thing" so he replaced the drywall and that's it. The only reason our roof got fixed was a tree fell and hit our building, so they had an emergency roof repair. Which was great, but they never told us about it, so we woke up to our roof being fixed and then had to be careful for weeks, because the roofing company did a poor job picking up the nails. Also, the parking situation is almost as bad as being in a city, if you have a job that keeps you till after 6pm, then good luck finding a parking space. Every year we are given a parking pass for a limited number of spaces, but the only way it gets enforced is, if you the tenant calls it in. Many times when I have come back after 7 or 8pm I would have to park on the street in the residential area and sometimes the people in the house did not appreciate us parking in front of their house. I really would not recommend this place; it gets more expensive and worse each year. If you can do a month to month with the plan for only being, there until you get a house then do that.

Leaving an honest review. Is the Village fine for a starter apartment with reasonable proximity to…read morethe highway? Sure. The pros are the numerous stores and some excellent restaurants in the area, which is convenient. But the cons? These apartments are riddled with quality issues. The carpet, stacking washer-dryer, and air conditioner is terrible. Everything runs on electric, and I routinely get $300+ electric bills. Management will do whatever they can to get you to lease for another year, except what actually matters. The materials used to construct the apartment are laughable. The dryer vents into your bathroom and the kitchen becomes extremely hot when cooking. For the area, the apartments are just okay. You don't get much storage space, and the layout leaves little room for anything but the bare minimum. Don't even get me started on the mold, which I corroborated with multiple neighbors. There's better out there for almost $1,700 and $300+ electric. On the plus side, the maintenance team is great.

This complex is a joke. Have had mice in my apartment peeing and pooping on my property since…read moreJanuary. Maintenance/pest control puts down traps, and wants to come weekly to "check the traps". Because I tell them no, as it is pointless, I can check the traps and let them know if it caught anything. I have a new baby and a dog, I don't need people in and out my house, dog barking and waking baby, but because I tell them no to checking weekly, they say they haven't been able to treat the issue properly.. makes no sense. Property manager also told me today just because there is mouse poop and pee doesnt mean there is a mouse??? A complete joke. On top of that, maintenance has had to seal 3 openings in my apartment, behind the stove, under the sink and in my closet, which is how the mouse probably got in. And property manager Aubrey refuses to let me break my lease 1-2 months early due to my belongings being destroyed, because this complex is money hungry.

Apartments are quickly "renovated" to move in clients, missing everything wrong with the apartment. THE BATH WATER YELLOW! 20 minutes running STILL YELLOW. The sink water Reaks of chlorine. Some of the maintenance guys personally are cool JAY and BERNIE are the man. He's not my guy but he's always nice and hears ppl out. But maintence team it self is a joke. Back to the snow, in this storm 2026, they had a contractor come plow. All they did was plow us in. Walkways are still ice covered had to help an 89 year old lady from her apartment to her car. When I call emergency service they literally tell me there's nothing they can do about snow. How about plow iit away???? In the big vacant street you're making me park my car on bc you refuse to take care of your property. DO NOT RENT HERE. I'm telling you yes it is quiet yes it's secluded but it feels like you're living in SECTION 8. Dan Jon Magmt can get bent. Suck me.

Terrible company to do business with. From the beginning I should have known better because my…read morespider senses were going crazy. For my first showing of an apartment at Haddonfield Manor I was greeted by an agent to view an available apartment. The agent didn't tell me I was not going to have access to the apartment i was intended on renting however being that I need a unit to rent I viewed one that was in the middle of turning around. The unit I viewed was terribly dirty and VERY rundown being told many times in the viewing the unit i was renting had been updated. Decided to take a chance I signed the rental agreement and was scheduled to move in a few weeks later after current tenants vacated the unit I was renting. Time came to move in. did a walk through few days before move in and the unit I was renting was atrocious. Agent said not to worry they were just a bit behind on turning it over and everything would be taken care of. Move in day we meet with agent at realty office and agent said she walked through unit and it looked great. we took the keys and made our way to the unit. OMG I am not sure what unit she walked through but it couldn't have been ours. This apartment was FILTHY. hardwood floors were so dirty you could see grime in the cracks, the tile in bathroom and kitchen had tile with grout that was completely BLACK when it was originally white. Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom had a layer of filth that i cant even describe and the stove OMG that thing was disgusting. Called office and was told the unit had been cleaned but they could come to look for a few days. So there I was renting this apartment and couldn't even move my family in due to condition. My wife and I finally decided to clean it ourselves and if you can believe it we spent 6 days cleaning this place. No exaggeration i mean we had to clean everything finding old french fries in radiators cat hair everywhere what a nightmare. through out the while ordeal I was trying to work with SEB asking them for minimal compensation and talking to these people at the local office as well as corporate is impossible. They really could care less and only cared about locking you into a lease. I only wish i could attach pictures to this review because a picture would sum this whole thing up. STAY AWAY FROM ANY SEB REALTY PROPERTY. Consider yourself warned. This is a very quick review just so my experience is noted on the WWW but after all the time spent dealing with this company I am exhausted and don't want to spend anymore Leasing office manager Jasmine...... Very rude and poor excuse for a manager. Manipulative very untruthful be aware of her.
