At one point during a discussion Tiffany Caputo one of the managers told me she doesn't have time to discuss my concerns and I should stop bothering her. They decided to try to charge me $5500 and keep half my direct deposit for terminating my monthly lease. Yes MONTHLY LEASE. Kept half my direct deposit cause I apparently did not clean my fridge which was cleaned and cause apparently I did not wipe down the bathroom since which was wiped but I would not recommend living here. And yes there is roaches here as others have said and they do not do anything about it.

Every single day we find bugs and it is DISGUSTING.

When we moved in we had a couple issues that were coming up. Some were fixed, most went unmentioned. And the ones that were fixed only became recurring issues. Our heater is exposed so our 1 year old son can reach in, although they are ordering the piece- it must be shipping from Mars because that was back in July & it still hasn't come. The washer has broke multiple times due to lack of fixing properly. Each time it breaks at least a month goes by before it's fixed, and the fix is always temporary. Our latest issue has been a serious one. We had a domestic violence occurrence outside of our window. We were woken up at 3am and had to call 911. Due to this we asked to transfer or be released of our financial lease obligations. At first Jaime was understanding, but now that it has come time to move us it isn't happening. We are being told we need to sign a new lease, with a new security deposit, and our rent will be higher. Our current lease is up in April so there is no way were signing for longer. This place is terrible, staff is out right dumb & unhelpful, and we cannot wait to move!!! Save your time & money!!! Don't move in here!!! I am typically a rational person and don't complain a lot- but this place, along with its staff, is disgusting!!!

When I originally contacted this apartment complex, they told me that the rent was one price and then when I called back two weeks later, they increased the rent $50 without letting me know they were doing that. When I went to fill out the application, I was told by the assistant property manager that I was getting an upstairs apartment. When I asked to see the apartment, she said she did not know which apartment unit/number it was yet and that it still needs to be cleaned but that I would be able to see it before I moved in. I was scheduled to move in on 11/1 and she said I could see the apartment around the end of October. I was out of town the week before I was set to move into the apartment so I sent my close friend to look at it for me and record videos. Man these people are deceptive. I was told it was an upstairs apartment, it turned out to be a downstairs apartment. I was told the apartment was finished, cleaned and ready to move in. The apartment was dirty and the bathroom was filthy and had visible mold on the walls, in the bathtub and in the sink. This is very unhealthy and unsafe conditions to be moving/living in. My friend gave them a holding fee via money order because that's what the "application offer letter" stated. When I realized that I was not getting what I asked for and that the apartment was dirty & not in livable conditions, I decided that I no longer wanted to move in or do business with them. I informed the assistant property manager and she said that the bathroom will be "fixed" before I moved in. I requested my holding fee back and that's when I was told that it was non-refundable. No where on the application document or the offer letter does it say that the holding fee is non-refundable. I was also not told that this fee was non-refundable initially. The only thing they told me that was non-refundable and was put in writing on the application document was the application fee. It was only written on the offer letter that the holding fee would be taken off the first month's rent & security deposit payment. I did not sign a lease or any policy agreement stating that the holding fee was non-refundable. They are refusing to give me back my money and now I must take legal action. Please learn from my mistake and do not entertain these people or give them your money. You will regret it.
