There is only one thing I would say is very negative is the girls at front desk when you arrive for your appointment. They don't smile and are pretty rude. To be in a position greeting patients they should at least smile, they act like they hate being there and are bothered to help you get signed in. If you can get past them, you should do fine with the good experience with Dr. Hakim.

So this woman won't be seen until 12:20 for her 11:15 appointment and not so much as an apology. Rude. She's more patient that I am. I go to the front desk where they tell me -- after waiting for 30 minutes already -- that I would have to wait 40 more to be seen. Again, without so much as an apology. I've waited for this doctor before, but this was the last straw. I'll be finding myself a new PCP thank you very much. TL;dr: she might be a good doc but her office staff leaves much to be desired and lack of consideration for my time is unacceptable.

It is the patients responsibility to be accountable for their eating and exercise." If it were that easy, wouldnt all overweight people be cured by now??
