Matt was our energetic host jumping into character as our lead stage hand and providing just enough information with his hints to keep us working forward. The set was very well thought out and executed with authenticity and precision none of us have seen in any other escape room. You really felt that you were in a whole other world working to solve the puzzles. Absolutely amazing and will definitely patronize this business again! The "tap wall" is a fun way to try local brews and an affordable price and the duckpin bowling was very fun although had some minor issues. While we recognize this is not a 218 tap house issue and is an issue with the bowling company. It is the only reason they are getting 4 out of 5. The customers we have interviewed love going to 218 tap house for trivia, the tap wall, bowling, the atmosphere and the friendly staff. It's recommended by all and enjoyed by all. The video and safety disclaimer is a real buzz kill but that is nothing against the business...just expect to sign every legal right you think you might have away. We were brought up to about 11k feet. I was expecting 14k. They only had one instructor / jumper so that was disappointing as we had jump separate which made it a much longer day. We will be back. It was a great experience. Exceptional views.

So, this was pretty cool. For my 18th birthday, my parents took me skydiving. It was really a lot…read moreof fun. They woke me up, rushed me out of the house, then drove to Superior to get into a plane and jump out! Skydiving was always something that I wanted to do, and the fact that I got to do it at a (pretty) young age is really cool. The guys that run this whole operation are great! Some of the best, funnest, older guys around. But when they mean business, and need to be serious.. they totally are! When you get there, after you sign all your papers and what not. You then watch a brief (about 20 minute) safety video. The first two times you skydive, it is required that you go tandem (with a pro on your back!). After your video, you then go practice what you are going to do in the air. The tell you not to throw the rip cord when you pull it for your parachute to go off...and of course what do I do? Throw it! How convenient. It costs an extra $25 or so, if you do that. Next, it's time to get into the plane. The guys are really adamant about making sure this is something you really want to do, which is good, because once the plane takes off, the only way you are getting back to the ground, is by jumping! But seriously, it was F-ing amazing! I jumped at about 1100 feet, and you could see ALL of EVERYTHING. I was more taken aback by how much you can see.. all of Lake Superior, Duluth, Superior.. and then some! It was great! I would recommend this to anyone! I cannot wait to go again. I think the next time I do it, I want to do it down in the cities someplace. i was lucky too, for like $85.00 more or so, you can pay some guy to jump with you and video tape the whole experience. It's cool, because now when I tell someone about this, I actually have proof of my jump! Plus it is something you can watch over and over again! Go Skydiving.. It is AMAZING!
