I can't think of anything they could do to make it better. Our first escape room experience was Prison Break and we had no idea what to expect. After we were all put in orange jump suits and handcuffs our guide told us there are safeguards so that you can leave the room(s) at any time if you need to. Bathroom emergency, fire, claustrophobia... Large green button on the wall to press and you are free. Not part of the game, obviously. But what a relief! I had been starting to freak out! The time we spent here was so exciting and super fun! We did make it out with a little more than two minutes to spare. There were 7 of us in the room out of a possible 8. I like that the groups are kept small. My two teens and I were paired with two young couples who were friends. We all worked together and every single one of us contributed to our eventual escape! Great memories! Afterwards the guide took photos of us to post on their website which you can download and save for free. Bonus! read more

Zero Hour Escape Rooms - We survived!!!! - Escape Games Near Me - Duluth, Minnesota

A group of 7 of us came to experience The Hangover. First time for an escape room for 4 of us, the other 3 had tried rooms in different city/states. It was a great experience! The hangover is not a "linear" escape room, as they put it. Meaning, you do not have to solve the clues in order, one after one. We were able to spread out across the room and find clues individually to put them all together! I won't spoil any clues, but it was such a fun time and we definitely will be doing another escape room with Zero Hour! read more

Excellent escape room! I went with my brother, his wife, my boyfriend, and my older parents. The staff was courteous and did a great job explaining how everything worked. It was a well implemented puzzle consisting of two rooms. We were trapped on a ship and had to prevent an exhaust leak (complete with a smoke machine!) and gain to the captain's room. Some very creative puzzles in there ;) Escaped with 49 seconds left. Everyone had a great time and played a role in the game; excellent teamwork builder. read more

Holy crud- what a fun time! I've never done an escape room before, and this did not disappoint for a first experience. I attended with two friends, and there was a couple signed up with us for a total of 5 guests. It is always a little unnerving to be locked in a room with strangers, and then have to solve puzzles and clues with them- but from the moment we arrived, the Zero Hour Escape Room team was energetic, enthusiastic, and welcoming and put us all at ease. Teaming up with strangers was a breeze and we all worked together to solve the clues given to us. Our group escaped! At the end, we had a "debriefing" of sorts with our room's game leader (or Sam, the fun one). He had a ton of great feedback and explained things we did great, and things where he noticed we struggled. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be such a positive/team building experience, but it was really fantastic. It would have been easy for them to have just told us "good work" and left it at that, but hearing the feedback just solidified what a positive experience it was. I would absolutely go back to try other rooms! read more

Had a blast here with a group of 4! Definitely well thought out and intricate puzzles. The sense of humor just makes it that much better. We did the prison break one. Great venue, great room, and a great host! Everyone should do this! read more
