Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. I called them and asked them to resend my phone, which they did. First of all, I did not receive the LG Rumour phone I was promised, instead I received a wacky Samsung. Secondly, they promised me an unlimited 35 plan, but I got something else and they activated my account for me without my consent. So I decided to proceed with current plan, only to receive a phone Bill in November 2010 and saw that it was for another solomoble account. I called SoloMobile and complained, they asked me to call Extreme Wireless which I did. I spoke to a representative who said they were going to cancel that account. But I checked again and noticed this account is still active and spoiling my credit. So basically I have two phone accounts with SOLO, one I have no idea about. I called extreme wireless a second time, and a third time, they promised to cancel the account. Till today that account has not been cancelled, SoloMobile has called me with regards to payments on that account and I explained the issue to them. I have been trying to call Extreme wireless, but I keep getting a message that their line has been disconnected and when I call their toll free number, it rings and no one picks up. I think SoloMobile should withdraw from doing business this Extreme Wireless and every other phone company. They SUCK and are SCAMS. They don't even deserve a star rating.

Solo told me to call Extreme Wireless and when I did, the message said something along the line of "the extension 50145 is not available; please leave a message after the tone". I left a message for who? I have no idea. I told the sales rep at the time of the phone call that I already have a phone with Bell and am in a contract and do not need another phone. The rep quickly said I could give it to a "loved one". All my "loved ones" already have their own cell phones. I again said I didn't need another cell phone. Here I am stuck with this bill and have no one to talk to about it and yes, it WILL mess with my credit. Do you have the number for Extreme Wireless as perhaps it's different from the one Solo gave me. You at least had someone to actually speak to.
