When I moved back to the city I hit up this store to get my Bell mobility services changed over to…read morelocal numbers. The two guys working quickly got me set up each taking one of the two numbers I was changing over to speed up the process. It was a pretty simple process and things were done rather quickly. No complaints. The catch with this store though is that though it says Bell on the building, this is a third party store licensed to use the Bell name. So watch out for fees that the corporate stores in the mall don't normally charge, like administration fees.

I bought a Samsung A32 5g on a 2 year plan with the understanding I could return it for any reason…read morewithin 2 weeks. Well it can't connect to wifi properly so after 2 weeks of trying to figure out how to make it connect better and hoping it would sort itself out with time I decided to take it back for a return/exchange or fix. I was told they couldn't do return or exchange due to a few scratches but that I would call Samsung as it is under warranty!
