The two guys working quickly got me set up each taking one of the two numbers I was changing over to speed up the process. It was a pretty simple process and things were done rather quickly. No complaints. The catch with this store though is that though it says Bell on the building, this is a third party store licensed to use the Bell name. So watch out for fees that the corporate stores in the mall don't normally charge, like administration fees.

I was told they couldn't do return or exchange due to a few scratches but that I would call Samsung as it is under warranty!
