Harsh and Shefj were so kind, attentive and helpful, I cannot praise them enough. I was also in this store in January for help with a modem that had me so upset because it simply would not work. Online Rogers support was useless having me take the modem back to a store out by the airport (that does not even exist at the address they gave me). I went to the Aspen Landing Store and Umer was the greatest help to me. I have recommended this store to many and I will continue to go there for any Rogers related issue! Well done guys, much better service than i have gotten anywhere else for the last 20 years!

After waiting for a bit (the store was quite busy, it was Boxing Week after all) one of the staff was able to help me and did her best to give me all the options. In the end I didn't get the phone, but I happy that the staff were able to give the attention the job required. I hate going to cell phone places where if they sense that you were not going to buy right away they would just want you to get out. It was nice that they folks at The Source would be so helpful.

It is nice that it is located at the Mall where there is tons of free parking which is so convenient compared to the Chinatown location where you have to pay an arm and leg for parking. Most of my interactions have been with a salesman named Alex who has been both polite and extremely informative. He has a great sense of humour and has always been very attentive with his customer service. I have discovered the perks that Fido has to offer that I didn't know that they had and this is very helpful considering I use my I Phone 24/7 because of my work. I would never change servers I am utterly and completely a Fido fan.
