The two guys working quickly got me set up each taking one of the two numbers I was changing over to speed up the process. It was a pretty simple process and things were done rather quickly. No complaints. The catch with this store though is that though it says Bell on the building, this is a third party store licensed to use the Bell name. So watch out for fees that the corporate stores in the mall don't normally charge, like administration fees.

They both have many years of experience fixing phones and computers. One thing I like is that they have 3 months warranty if you buy from them. Yes, they sell re-furbished phones, and some merchandise that is not the top of the line. But it is a growing business, run by honest and friendly guys. They deserve a chance to prove themselves.
