The system can't handle sports or high res video I can imagine how bad 4K would be. . I have had technicians out 4 times in less than a year and they can't find anything wrong. The box is 3 feet from the modem and has to be hard wired because their system is so bad. I have had new boxes and still have problems. The remit sometimes skips forward 30 seconds and the next day it will be 5 min. Also very frustrating. I recommend anyone else. Too bad I can't give a -5 star rating.

Not the case. They tried to sell me a 1. Used This phone came unsealed the box had already been opened and was missing the key to open the SIM card slot and consistently reverted to Spanish. 2. Defective as stated kept reverting to Spanish and after 12 hours was still trying to transfer Data from my old iPhone. Their rep, taking no responsibility, said it was due to my old iPhone. This process took 47min with the new phone I purchased at the Apple store. 3. Discontinued model. I was informed by Apple, the manufacturers they had discontinued making the model for well over a year. Their Wireless rep said that information not correct. Thanks but I'll take Apples word on this not yours. I expect higher quality reputable vendors if they are associated with Costco. Unfortunately Costco doesn't seem be concerned about their reputation by association. If you want a new iPhone go directly through Apple and contact your carrier of choice on your own.

I frequented K&W Audio for all of my turntable needs, parts, accessories, servicing, etc. Hey, that's not to say I don't do digital either, as I bought my current Arcam CD player from Darren at K&W a few years back, and prior to that two or three other CD players. Since then I've dropped by numerous times for various parts and accessories. I was saddened when K&W abandoned turntables/analogue during the 1990's, but I suppose that was understandable and a common theme within the industry. Good to see K&W are now stocking a variety of turntables and cartridges, and have knowledgeable on site technicians to perform set-up. Even though I'm not purchasing a $50,000 home sound system or anything near that level, the staff at K&W Audio have always treated me with respect and provided top notch service and knowledge. Here's but one recent example; Yesterday I was looking for some right angle 90° RCA connectors or adapters. I phoned over and spoke with both Jeff and Andrew. I did my best to explain what I was looking for, and they went so far as to provide me with the manufacturer, part number etc. This enabled to me find an image online to see it fit my needs, and the clearance required in a tight fit application. All checked out, and I dropped by the store to purchase the adapters. After some friendly conversation I was off to install these RCA adapters on my tone arm. Given the confined space beneath my turntables arm-board, regular RCA plugs would not work very well as they would have been seriously crimped/bent at the connection. Not good for the tone arm input or the cable. Now things are back up and running! Thanks guys!
