Andrew annis and his crew put back everything they touched the way it was before this disaster happened. They left a dehumidifier, 2 industrial fans and 2 blowers to thoroughly dry our 2 bathrooms and the threshold carpets. Andrew and Colton were amazing. By using a high-end moisture detector, they were able to definitively demonstrate where the water had flowed, what needed to replaced and what sustained no damage. They pulled up the damp flooring, removed the affected drywall and insulation. Cleaning as they worked, they were out the door in a little over two hours and we were good to go. DC also let me borrow one of their industrial floor drying fans to speed up drying out process. Thanks guys, it really helped. I had no issues with DC Restoration and would use them again without hesitation. DC Restoration also worked directly our claims adjuster at Farm Bureau, which was also appreciated.

We ended up cancelling the service contract and going on our own for the repairs with two other contractors. Perhaps Servpro is fine for the dry out, but I would not recommend them for repairs.

It would take a few extra minutes to seal these areas with sealant before installing new brackets. I'd recommend requesting this to be done and inspect prior to final payment.
