Yavapai Roofing is a 10 STARS Company in all aspects. Yavapai Roofing has completed two repairs this year on our home built in 2004 and also our 2800 sq ft shed built in 2008.. Work was always completed in a reasonable time frame and importantly at a reasonable price. We had the home roof repaired two times previously by two other local roofing companies and the others never fixed the problem , they only covered it up. Yavapai Roofing actually repaired the home leak and I saw what the previous companies should have done and Yavapai Roofing was actually less in cost than what we had already paid to the other two companies that did not fix the problem.. Doug and his crew did our small ridge-cap repair job promptly at a reasonable charge when we moved in. And when a crazy wind blew off some tiles, they were right back RIGHT AWAY to fix it - at a time when most contractors and repair folk are taking months. Please note that the only negative reviews I've seen were NOT FROM CUSTOMERS - one neighbor seems to object to work being done promptly. (I, too, hate being woken on a Sunday, but griping about one day of inconvenience versus delaying an important repair job seems a little inconsiderate of their neighbor, rather than the other way around.) Let me advise. If you want angry crabby ass neighbors that stand out front of your driveway taking down your address and the information of the company you hired, and will probably hold a grudge against you for it... Hire this company. I'm that neighbor. I don't give a damn that our local noise ordinance in Prescott Valley lasts only from 7pm to 7am regardless of the day of week. This is Sunday Jan 30th to be specific. On Thrush Lane. And I've had these assholes out here shooting nails since 8am. They are no more than 30 feet from my home. Regular neighborhood. Basically right next to us. They successfully woke everyone but me. I was up watching a show I could barely hear over their endeavors at low volume because I was still trying to let others in my home sleep. They could not. We are not church goers and we have late or exhausting Saturdays often. My wife is ill in a number of ways including epilepsy, diabetes, insomnia, various mental illness... Etc. She does not sleep well most nights regardless of interference. These assholes woke her AND my children at 8am on a Sunday when they sorely deserved and needed to have a solid fulfilling nights rest. We just had our roof done by Yavapai over 2 day period. It was a major replacement due to the hail damage on July 11th. We were expecting to have to wait 2-3 months but an opening came up and Doug called to see if i was ready. Absolutely. Delivery came in and crew was ready to go Wednesday morning. Crew of 4 were excellent and organized. We live in Yavapai Hills and i look at others getting done. I can say that ours was done very efficiently and professionally. Doug and Mike were always willing to answer my questions and Mike came by from time to time to check on progress. I would highly recommend them and are very happy with final product. We needed a new roof due to hail damage. Mike came out the day after I called and did an estimate. He had it emailed to me the next day. We signed it and knew there would be a wait because a lot of people had hail damage from the same storm. Doug at the office said about a month out, which was less than I expected. Turns out it was less than 3 weeks! Then Mike told me he was hoping to finish the roof in one day. (The fastest roofing job I'd ever heard of was 3). Well, about 10 workers showed up early in the morning and just worked their hearts out and got it done in one big long day. It looks wonderful and we are so happy with the entire experience. It has taken months for our roof to be completed. We asked them to use staples over our patio cover, they went ahead and used nails and damaged the patio cover. Wouldn't pay for repair. Had I known about the owner I wouldn't have hired this company. read more

Doug and his crew have been very professional and responsive to all our questions and concerns. They were able to quickly determine that the original roofer (another local company) did not complete the job correctly which led to several problems with our roof and the fascia boards. They completed the repairs quickly, and did a great job of showing us the damage followed by showing us the repairs they completed.
