Service is generally good, but my favourite sales associate is Grant (I think he looks like a young Hayden Christensen, but he says people tell him he looks more like Topher Grace, lol). He's very nice, patient and knowledgable. He gives you great information and good tips about your phone. I know lots of people snub Freedom Mobile because of its limited network coverage, but it works great for me because I spend most of my time in urban areas that are covered by Freedom. If you live in the suburbs or rural areas you may end up roaming. I'm on a discontinued plan, but I get unlimited Canada calling, unlimited texts, unlimited data (although only 2GB is at full speed, after that it's slower), voicemail, call waiting, and caller ID for less than half the price of other providers. I love Freedom Mobile (although I still think of them as Wind), lol.

It has been incredibly frustrating to spend 3 to 4 hours on the phone with Telus customer service every month, trying to rectify these billing discrepancies. I have explained the situation repeatedly, and yet, the incorrect billing persists. To add insult to injury, today, after three months, I was informed that I am locked into a two-year contract for my phone and a three-year contract for my business internet service. This revelation came as a complete shock to me, as the Telus representative who initially sold me the plan had assured me that I was signing up for a two-year plan. At no point during our conversation did he mention the existence of a fixed contract term. Furthermore, I explicitly communicated that I did not need a business internet plan, I was told it come with the plan. . However, the representative conveniently omitted any mention of a 36-month contract associated with the internet service.

I'd just like to say how unimpressed I was with the quality of the phone screen and service I received. The screen began to pop/fall off after a few weeks and very shortly after the screen cracked. When I contacted the person who fixed it, he said he basically didn't care and it wasn't his fault. But If the screen had been properly installed I would not have to replace my phone screen for the second time in under a month. I just wanted to express my level of dissatisfaction with the overall service, and I definitely will not be wasting another $120 on any cellumax products.

We had arranged to meet Abdul to look at cost etc. He was very calm, patient and knowledgeable! We agreed on the plan and waited to have our order processed. Unfortunately, the computer system went down and we had to wait a couple of hours to have everything done. It certainly wasn't the fault of the staff. Abdul and the store manager, Sarah( I believe she is the manager) were absolutely fantastic! They felt terrible about our having to wait, offering to buy us food and drink. While waiting for everything to be done, I noticed Sarah and another of the staff speaking with a young man who clearly had an intellectual disability. I was blown away by how kind and patient Sarah and the other staff member were to this individual. That so rarely happens in our world. In the end, all five or six employees were helping to get our new phones ready for us. I was blown away by the service! Bravo to Sarah, Abdul and the entire staff at the Source in the Rideau Centre!!
