They went and towed my car to their shop for less than it would have cost to tow it 1 mile in DC. I was told that i would receive a call every Tuesday regarding the updates on my vehicle- I never once received a call. If i didn't call at the end of every week, i would of had no idea what was going on. My delivery date was pushed twice and was never told until i called the afternoon of pick up and then told...my vehicle would not be ready! I then had to go through my insurance to have my rental extended, on both occasions. This was a hassle! Customer Service is not their strong suit but Bonnie at the front desk was nice to deal with when calling.
