So, I have been trying to get Rogers to resolve an issue they created for over a month now. They ignore consumers and try to extort money from account holders without regard to whether the money is owed or not. They allow and actually perpetuate fraud then refuse to address the issue. I am now taking the to the Ontario Superior Court for breach of privacy, fraud and attempted extortion. Go anywhere else but Rogers. They will rob you then laugh about it.
Also, if you ever get Kenneth Bucknor at the so called (USELESS) Office of the President, ask to speak with some one else. Seriously. He's the biggest useless tool I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He also fails to properly update notes and flat out REFUSED to cancel my line and associated device protection plan (always get your device protection from your mobile phone manufacturer, btw, Brightstar are not BBB Accredited in Canada, nor do they uphold the Consumer Protection Act).
A month later, still no one fromRogers will answer my emails or calls. And they are now charging me upwards of $350 for services not rendered, device protection that should have been cancelled and a device recovery fee that was never necessary. read more
