Instead of providing professional customer service, she spoke disrespectfully about patients once she thought they were out of earshot, even making comments about people in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were skipped in line without any explanation. When I questioned it, the situation was not handled professionally. Another staff member Nicole later joined in on the inappropriate behavior rather than addressing it appropriately. And the rest of the staff members were just goofing off in the bad. In a medical setting, professionalism, discretion, and respect for patients are essential. Patients deserve to feel safe and treated with dignity, not mocked or dismissed. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of their staff.

I had Covid 4 months ago. but to make things worse I asked the Dr. to add it to the notes that I am not infectious. he said its up to TTS if they want to add his notes and that he will do it from his end. those A-holes didn't add their Dr.'s notes in my test results! I kept hearing gossiping in the waiting room & the lady whom took in my insurance information was just rude & seemed bothered to be there. Waited a whole hour, a new patient with wife walked in & seemed like the doctor and them had a friendly close relationship by the way the doctor literally came to the front door desk to say hi to them & thank them for coming by. Not even 30 min pass by and this Jonathan person with wife gets called in to be seen. Extremely upsetting to have to go through this especially when one is sick. I checked the website to review their services.... and was happy they did exactly what I was looking for- a steroid injection in my knee- as I know "if it works... it works " Exam and x-ray revealed- inflammation and swelling- which I knew by my pain level. Told Dr yes - want the injection he left to retrieve it... so I thought but in walks two techs. I just said " oh - you're going to do it ?". She said yes - where do you want it " in your arm or butt"???? after I realized she wasn't kidding- I asked to see the doctor- explained/ asked what was going on? I was informed he wasn't comfortable doing the steroid injection. They were going to do an intramuscular injection- This could have gone two ways - a one star or five star rating.... I was given a choice to wait 20 minutes and they could have someone there that could administer the steroid injection. Fantastic he came previous dr watching to learn pain is much better already... so once again THANK YOU!
