The doctor did bloods and said that I was far sicker than I realized. She sent me next door to the ER. She called ahead and made sure they had all of my paperwork. The nurses were also exceptional. Thank goodness she did. I went downhill fast. I had a burst cyst on my kidney. I was admitted to the ER and I didn't get home until around 4p. The facility is very clean and easy to access. Parking is great too. Will only go here in the future.

This one is a bit far from my home but they found me an appointment in radiology so here I am . That is what I love about Southwest Medical, you find the care you need even if it means driving a bit further.I love that about them! Convenience with locations all over Las Vegas area and most of their buildings have everything you need in one place. Parking is always plentiful and I've never had an issue with not finding a parking spot that is conveniently by the entrance. I really appreciate being part of Southwest because they have all the doctors and specialists under one roof! This building comes up as Sienna Healthcare on the app but it is a Southwest Medical And Associates building. The office was clean and there is a security information personal in the entrance to answer your questions. The staff here is amazing and they make you feel like they care about your health. They are friendly and professional.

He was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely focused on getting to the root of what was going on. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all necessary tests were done. Two weeks prior, I had gone to St. Rose Hospital for the exact same pain and was told it was esophageal spasms without much testing. The pain went away the next day, but when it came back two weeks later, it was a full 10/10. When I explained this to Dr. Leavit, he told me that esophageal spasms are very difficult to definitively diagnose and that he wanted to run a full workup to be sure we weren't missing anything. I am so grateful he did. It turned out to be my gallbladder, and it needed to be removed. I was told it was close to rupturing, and catching it when they did likely prevented a much more serious situation. I was there for several hours before being admitted to Henderson Hospital, and although there was an emergency situation that caused some delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way. An administrative staff member checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I don't remember my nurse's name, but he was equally amazing--kind, attentive, and compassionate. He made sure I had everything I needed during a long stay from about 8 PM to 3 AM. The entire time, I felt cared for, seen, and supported. It was clear that the team genuinely wanted to find answers, not just treat symptoms. I can't say enough good things about the care I received here.

This third visit was OUT of the realm of reality. Having been a provider myself for over 30 years I have never been treated or observed treatment so vile and unprofessional as that of DR, ADAM C. FLOOD was very dismissive rude and would repeat "What DO YOU WANT ME TO DO " finally he took a look at my knee said I don't see anything " BUT "IF you want I can take an Xray " I said well ok but that won't show if I tore a tendon or ligament.... and he said" WELL THATS THE BEST I CAN DO CAUSE I DON'T SEE ANYTHING AND WE DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CAPABILITES HERE" HE bold face lied,. He continue there was nothing but "crutches "repeating what else do you want ?" His lack of bedside manner and sense compassion is less than a severely damaged narcissist that needs treatment... He should not be in a position to provide it. GO see your primary care he shouted over and over. Well I finally did see my primary care and had and MRI which took several weeks of more pain and not walking to find I have a TEAR IN THE POSTERIOR ROOT OF THE LATERAL MENISCUS. !! She knows medicine, seems to have a passion for and love of healing, and truly wants the best outcome for her patients. We see her for both medical issues and cosmetic "tune ups." Her staff is efficient and helpful. A rarity in the Las Vegas area. She's earned our trust, and we're happy to see her as long as she'll have us! ;)

We had the opportunity of both seeing the Doctor at the same time which was a first for me. We officially had 2:00 and 2:15 pm appointments and did not get seen until 3:00 but to the Doctors benefit we each brought hard copies of our records from Touro that had to be scanned in that from as far as I could tell the Doctor went over to some degree before meeting with us which was nice. She was very nice and set us up with in house EKGs and blood tests for baseline info for the records. We were set up for a follow ups in a month and look forward to hopefully have a new regular Doctor. Her assistant or nurse was very friendly during check-in as were the people behind the desk for checkout

The dental clinic here is OK for cleanings and deep cleanings. I don't think I will ever have any…read moredental care other than that done here again. I know the union's idea was to save money by operating their own clinics but, come on, they have to have competent people that can do a basic filling. My filling took an abnormally long period of time. Even the dental assistant agreed that it was an extremely long time. I think that the dentist was not that experienced in what he was doing. He constantly kept going back-and-forth while saying hmmmm to himself. He seemed to be constantly correcting the work that he did seconds earlier. Also at one point both of them just left the room for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I had that suction thing and the thing that forces your mouth open left in my mouth while I'm laying there for 10 minutes. Neither of them said anything. Just left. Apparently he went to do somebody else's exam because it was taking so long to do my filling. He didn't want the other people to wait but he was more than happy to have me wait, even though I had an earlier appointment time, and I was in the middle of a procedure. I had to remove some kind of mini douche bag from my mouth and throw it up on the exam table, and take the water sucking thing out of my own mouth and ask where somebody was. Then at the end, he said something about having to possibly do a crown because he didn't know if he did the filling properly! This is the first time I've left the dentist with bleeding gums too. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to go to another dentist to have fixed whatever they did. I've never left a filling appointment with this weird feeling like there's something stuck underneath my tooth. While at the same time feeling like there's some material that was not pinched into where it's supposed to go properly. I can flap a little piece with my tongue. To be honest, I wonder if this gentleman was actually a dentist. The appointment system here is ridiculous. As I'm checking out, she says I need to do a deep cleaning. Our appointment book doesn't open up until Wednesday so go ahead and give us a call on Wednesday to schedule it. Today is Monday and I'm here at your office. Why can't I schedule an appointment? They have some weird two weeks out booking system. I would say 30% of the time when you call or check in you're met with rudeness from the ladies. I'm going back to Evergreen Dental if they still accept Culinary. Sorry I ever left. Just thought this new place would be convenient.
