Whether it's due to changes to management/staff or ownership it's almost back to being a fun place to shop again. They update often now on both IG and FB sites, they will hold items for 24 hours now (thank you again for my LV Speedy bag!!!I love it) and it's a cleaner and more organized place to shop than it's been for the last couple years. The store has signage directing you to the contactless Amazon Return counter. No need for a return label, box, or tape. They box it up and send it back for you, so convenient. Staff scans the return barcode sent by email with no questions asked. I received a 25% off coupon to use in store. Winning. Eventhough I never plan on shopping I have used the coupon everytime. I must say I have a love/hate relationship with Kohl's in general but this location is one of my favorites.
