There are literally tons of items that are cheaper or priced the same brand new. For instance, some galvanized decorative buckets had store tags on the for 1.25 but the thrift price was 1.99. It's a really big turn-off. It makes me want to leave immediately. Certainly there are deals to be had, but the pricing is offensive sometimes.

I noticed the sanitizing station displayed in front of the store, a gigantic metal dragonfly sculpture, new furniture, match boxes, quotes on cardboard, and chess sets. After wandering throughout the store, I bought a traveling chess and bar set - perfection. Courtney wrapped it tissue paper and put in a gift bag. Lovely!

I was strapped for time and actually was here to visit the old furniture store next door. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for so I came in here just to look around. The creaking of the floor boards really add to the feel. and of course it smells like an old house as well.

I've been +3x's now & can see myself going back many more. The only thing I could speak negatively on is the friendliness of the front end staff. Meaning, there just wasn't any. They always gave me cold hard stares even when I smiled at them, which was quite odd considering I spent several hundred dollars there, at least $100 each time I went! There was no greeting when I entered once & the other times it was the most depressing little "hello" I've ever heard lol. I don't remember if they said anything when I left or not. Looking past that I still gave it 5 considering I went there to shop, not make friends. It would make it feel more welcoming though if they were more friendly.

I could easily spend hours in here if I could. The prices were also very reasonable and not up charged which I seriously appreciated. I highly recommend going and if you're looking for something specific, I guarantee they have it! Also, the guy working there was SO nice. It was like talking to a friend.
