I entered the store and saw it was having a pop up store event with three vendors. The free champagne bar popped with color in the store and the balloons were a lovely touch. Champagne and flavored sparkling water were provided by Copper Petal. I saw a lot of pretty things but I didn't buy anything except for a creamsicle macaroon. I couldn't resist the bright colors of the macaroons, and I haven't eaten all day. I saw the prettiest cross stitched framed items by Emily Reedstrom. My favorite was "Babes Supporting Babes" and "Read More Books". I felt grateful and lucky to have this festive and colorful event as my first experience in Copper Petal. It was a very joyful and bright mini adventure in one of Clarksville's cutest ladies' boutiques.

The store was full of different trendy sweaters and jackets. They are reasonable prices for the quality of the items although they seemed to only have a couple sizes in each style. I found a cute sweater and was helped by their friendly staff. Overall I was pleased because I got what I came for and I'll be back if I'm in need of a cute outfit in the future.

We have been to this mall countless times over the years. I have been to this area off and on for…read morethe past two decades. I have to say that the improvements to the mall are nice now that I have a little one. Here are the perks that we enjoy: (1) The Kid Zone, thanks to the community church that sponsored this addition to the mall in recent years. (It's new to us after returning to the area last year!) (2) The Apple Express, which I recall was the Governor's Train for many years. So glad that it is still running and an affordable ride for the kiddos (& all of those young-at-heart)! My Dad enjoyed riding it with his grandson almost as much as my son! Lol (3) TWO children's stores that offer the cutest babies' and kids' clothing. The Children's Place and Carter's / Osh Kosh B'Gosh stores were not in the mall five years ago. I like not having to drive to Nashville when I want to shop in person! (4) Dillard's, Belks, and JCPenney have survived the market crash in 2008/9 and the Covid-19 world pandemic. We like department stores for one-stop shopping, especially for gifts! These provide enough options for all the things - clothing, shoes, toys, home goods, & jewelry gifts! Last Monday, as we were about to leave, I promised my little guy some play time in their Kid Zone. It was closed due to cleaning. No problem. We patiently waited for it to re-open, then enjoyed the clean and safe play space. Please remind your kiddos to remove their shoes (in case they can't read the sign posted at the entrance that says shoes must be removed). There are cubbies under the bench seats to place said shoes. And, please supervise your kiddos! They can't just go there and play on their own. Just saying... and thanks to those parents who follow the posted rules! ;-)

Our local one is at the Governor's Square Mall which is getting better each year. I'm glad JCPenney is still around. They have great sales and good quality brands like Disney for the kiddos. That is awesome since we do not have a Disney store at the mall. The toys department looked a bit scarce, but that didn't stop my little one from spotting a Paws Patrol truck. His grandpa was with us, so we went home with it. Lol I was pleasantly surprised to see this store has a Sephora inside. Their jewelry section looked like there was a bit of everything for everyone, including Disney jewelry collections. Perfect for your little or big Princess in your life. (Guys: Hint. Hint.) They has sales that looked tempting also. I bought a nice dress watch on sale from JCPenney's ten years ago. It still works great! What's the saying... takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin' ?? Anyway, check them out the next time you need something and don't want to pay over-the-top for it without missing out on good quality!

So, I told them I would list it correctly online. This thrift store is a gold mine with phenomenal prices. I would say this is the BEST thrift store in Clarksville with the most excellent customer service! Presently, they have a 50% off linen sale. Lots of beautiful hand crocheted blankets. Ladies clothes (excluding formal clothes) are $5 a bag full. Clothing is $1 a piece unless specially priced. I bought: - a giant box of brand new crayons for 75 cents - two cool graphic tees - expensive stationary 50 cents With the assistance of Progressive Directions, Inc., the Thrift Store supports individuals with special needs and their families. The PDI Thrift Store also partners with Supported Employment and the State of Tennessee to make opportunities for those with disabilities to have paid positions. Overall, the PDI Thrift Store provides more jobs, additional funding for the Clarksville community and offers low cost items to all. - Source: http://www.progressivedirections.com/thrift-store/
