We went round and round with pool services until Ricardo took over care of our pool. He is consistent, does a great job, and is always willing to help if we have an issue. Recently, our heater was acting up and I got some quotes to compare and Ricardo was in line with everyone else but charged less on labor. Sometimes, Ricardo is slower to respond on texts, but compared to the issues we have had with other pool services, its not a big deal. We have come to trust that he will show up and our pool will look great. That is the most important thing to us. Along with good service, Ricardo is one of the nicest people we have had work on our property. I used this pool service for 13 months. The response time in the first 9 months was good and I was happy with the weekly service. The next 4 months there was no reply to numerous messages sent to address pool service light on my control panel. The serviceman spoke little English and always directed me to the owner. I discontinued the service recently and now have a new pool service. Due to the previous service neglect, I'm looking at a significant fee to get the pool equipment back to where it should be. Regular preventative maintenance would have made this a minor issue. read more

I am extremely happy with the service. I had called them to replace the lights in my pool and spa. I got a prompt response and they were out to install the week after. Abel was on time, explained everything in detail before he started the work, and started once we had agreed on scope of work and price. He was able to diagnose and resolve an issue with our pool filter right there on the spot, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working as expected. I have hesitated to rate this pool service, I only used for less then 4 months, Ricardo seemed like a nice man.I am giving him the benefit of the doubt by giving him two stars. He promised me door hangers that would tell me when he had been to my house and what had been going on in my new pebble tec pool and with the equipment. I explain to him it was extremely important for me to know what chemicals if any had been added and how my brand new equipment was doing, he assured me this would happen. Oh I sent him pictures several times showing him there was green algae on my tile within 24 to 48 hours after he clean the pool, he used the explanation of my salt system was off, yet no door hanger to tell us this so we started to monitor and brush our pool daily. We asked As he told us with the text message when we had questions, again because no door hangers were left, He average several days before getting back to us. Add after several months of this and with my sons direction, I had to let him go. We could no longer take him not being here, our chemical balance being off, and all the extra work we were having to do on the pool to keep it sparkling clean. However he is a nice man, nice does not necessarily keep the pool clean, or fix the wires he promised to weave around the pipes from our Jandy system he helped install, but you decide if it works for you or not.I gave him two stars because he is nice and polite, never rude, just unresponsive.
