If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't know what is more impressive - this dealership's ability to waste a customer's time or their complete disregard for basic professionalism! After confirming that a vehicle was available, taking it for a test drive and expressing clear intent to purchase, I completed my paperwork - giving my social security and basic information, clearly, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. While my paperwork was being completed, another salesperson was showing the vehicle to another couple that arrived after me. Then, they took it for a test drive. I asked my salesperson, "why are they taking my vehicle on a test drive?" He responded, "no worries, you were here first and you are first in line to purchase as long as the numbers make sense". My salesperson went to submit my application, then returned to take my keys to inspect my possible trade-in. The other salesperson returned with the other couple and was working on their paperwork. We were sitting at the next desk so I could hear a good portion of the conversation. My salesperson went to check on my paperwork, and he said as soon as they have some "numbers to review" we would continue. Next to us the other salesperson was already talking about "can I get a commitment". The other salesperson left then returned and started talking about how much their payment would be and the terms of the contract. I said to my salesperson, "how are they talking terms and I haven't gotten any type of deal?". My salesperson went to check. In the meantime, the people next to me shook hands and rang the stupid bell to indicate a vehicle sold. I then finally received an alert from my credit service that my credit score was just pulled. Then, my salesperson returns with Paul Johnson (BDC Manager). Paul sits down and says, "we are so sorry, the vehicle has sold". I said, "you sold that vehicle from under my feet" and Paul said, no that didn't happen. I said, "I was here first, test drove first and clearly stated I wanted the vehicle". I stood up at this point, and he asked me to move to another desk, away from the people that had just bought my vehicle. Then, Frank Herrera (Sales Manager) came over to us and he again said, the vehicle has been sold. I asked, how can you sell the vehicle I made clear intentions to buy, Frank started to say something about having 3 different Finance Managers. I said, "my salesperson said not to worry because I was here first and I test drove first and stated I wanted to buy the vehicle". I said, "you didn't want to sell us the vehicle, I see want's happening, you gave preference to the Caucasian couple and didn't even run my credit till 2 minutes ago". Frank said, "no that isn't it, I'm Mexican". I said, "that is exactly what happened, I was here before that couple arrived, I test drove and made my intentions clear, and my credit didn't get run till minutes ago when their deal was already done". As a side note, I have an excellent credit score and can buy any vehicle on their lot cash, if I choose to do that. Frank tried to patronize me and asked, "what else can we show you, what are you interested in", my response," I told you what I wanted to buy, and you sold it from under my feet". Frank then stood up, shook my hand and scurried away from the situation caused by his sales team. Let's be clear: this isn't just poor communication - its outright DISRESPECT. If a dealership can't manage something as simple as keeping a serious buyer as a priority, what does that say about how they handle financing, paperwork, or post sales support? Trust is everything in a purchase this big, and they shattered it before I even got the chance to sign anything. What really stands out is the complete lack of accountability. No apology with substance, no attempt to make things right, just a shrug and "these things happen type attitude" - a quick obligated handshake and scurried walk to exit the situation, as if my time and effort meant absolutely nothing. There are plenty of dealerships out there that value customers and operate with a basic level of integrity. This Ford dealer is NOT one of them! Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that understands the concept of honesty and respect. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Paying for a vehicle not drivable from Ford with many unsafe open recalls. The vehicle is unsafe to drive and Ford took a week to get me a loaner in place-- to then refuse to give the loaner or any help for that matter. They wanted me to buy a new vehicle from them or fix other issues not relatable to the recall, while leaving the recalls unfixed. Staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. Bait and switch tactic attempted. Ford I went to this dealer pursuant to locating a car on the Ford website. Once there, I worked with Juan and test drove a car they suggested (cheaper and older). I provided my trade-in/payoff information while sitting at the dealer. In fact, it was the first thing requested of me by the dealer, and I had to pause prior to providing to continuing as I had not even seen the vehicle. During the conversation, I provided my approximate monthly payment that I would be willing to pay. I left unsure due to my experience driving the vehicle. I was sent a text message specifying another car. Gabriel, the Sales Manager also texted me. Due to this, I came back a second time to test drive that vehicle to determine if my experience would change. I had a great experience and decided to move forward. My payment was determined on that date to be $517/month, 72 months, 0.9%. Due to a lack of information about the electric charger installation, we needed to leave but the numbers were finalized with Juan having gone back to the finance manager a few times to confirm. Everything was written down. Juan asked me to sign a document stating my intent or to pay a deposit. I refused to do both but said I would follow up. I followed up and was ready to move forward and made an appt via text msgs. I was running early and texted requesting to come earlier and was told it was fine. We arrived early and no one appeared to have any knowledge of our appointment or the information. We were told Juan had the day off. After rummaging through his desk, they found the paper with all of my details. Much time passed with being told they were communicating with finance to get the paperwork. I was asked for my SS to run my credit along with my personal and employment information. I questioned this and was told it was necessary for financing. Gabriel, whom had texted, came over to re-introduce himself and we briefly chatted. After much time passing, the sales person came back saying the monthly would be approx $720/month. He explained that the trade in was added but the payoff was not calculated. He suggested that there was prior discussion of whether to trade in the car or not. I explained this was absolutely false as the trade was a given from the beginning with Juan taking my payoff and per diem info on the 1st visit. The payoff was added the 1st visit and confirmed on the second visit. The owner came by to again, say the same. This information is unbelievable and comes across as some sort of bait and switch tactic trying to raise the payment, after taking personal information and after confirming payment. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership. read more

One star for the experience, not the eventual resolution. I bought a 2025 Ford F-150 \ from Elmhurst Ford remotely in April 2026. Here is what happened. The truck arrived with a completely broken driver's side mirror. Not a scratch -- broken. Shattered housing, internal LED components exposed. The carrier's inspection photos proved it was already broken when it left Elmhurst Ford's lot. When I contacted the dealership the sales manager admitted they had ordered a replacement mirror before the sale but sold the truck before it arrived and never told me. On top of the mirror there were multiple areas of undisclosed pre-existing paint damage -- swirl marks and scratches on the hood, fender, door panel, and B-pillar. Again, documented in pickup photos at their lot. They acknowledged the damage was not disclosed but declined to fix the paint. On May 6, 2026 -- three weeks after the truck was delivered to me on April 15 -- Elmhurst Ford added a 'pre-delivery inspection' record to Carfax listing 'mirror(s) checked.' This was posted after they had already been notified of the mirror damage and after a repair was already scheduled. The odometer on that Carfax entry is 14,647 miles -- lower than the 14,660 miles recorded on my buyer's order at signing. A pre-delivery inspection cannot have occurred after the truck was already in my possession, and the odometer numbers make that impossible to dispute. Further compounding everything, Elmhurst Ford initially agreed to pay the repair facility directly, then reversed course and required me to pay the repair bill out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement check -- adding additional financial burden and delay to a situation entirely of their own making. I had to send a formal written demand with photo evidence before they agreed to cover the mirror repair at a local Ford dealership. The repair was eventually handled correctly, but no buyer should have to work this hard for basic honesty. If you're buying remotely from Elmhurst Ford, protect yourself and document absolutely everything. read more

I ordered a hybrid Maverick back in August of 2023. It was a last-minute decision, and Ford only had Maverick order banks open for a week in 2023. I contacted a bunch of Ford dealerships on the last day. Nick Petrasz at Rosch was the only one who got back to me with an out-the-door price in time, and I decided 15 minutes before Ford stopped taking orders for the year. I had to wait until May of 2024 to take delivery, which was frustrating, but they got me the 2023 price on the 2024 model, and I was kept up to date on the status of my order. The paperwork was straightforward. I was going to use a credit union to finance, but they had me fill out an online application before I came in, and they were able to slightly beat both US Alliance and Navy Federal, so it was easier to do it through them. read more

What a total scam this dealership is!!!!! My wife brought our Ford Explorer in for an oil change, we bought the extended warranty for $5,800 that covered oil changes. The car has 29,000 miles on it. They couldn't find any record of an extended warranty, I literally had to send a picture of my original paperwork to prove that it was covered. Horrendous all around between sales & service. Avoid this location at all costs. Went in to purchase a van a few months ago, salesman was extremely pushy, did not listen to any of our wants/needs and was just trying to force us to buy whatever was on the lot to make a quick sale. After I ended up buying a van from another dealership, I brought it here hoping their service department would be better. I was dead wrong. Their entire service staff is extremely accusatory, would rather point fingers, blame and waste your time instead of spend time trying to fix the actual issue. They knew my vehicle was covered under warranty and instead of fixing the issue or even bothering to update me on the situation after multiple phone calls, emails & even visits in person - couldn't give any answers as to why a simple fix couldn't be resolved. I want to thank Alex (cool mustache guy) in the Service Department for going above and beyond yesterday to take care of the issue I had with the locks on my wheels. I told the guy that checked me in that I wanted that done. When everything was done, I asked about the lock that I asked for and was told that they were not in stock but could order them. I go to the Parts Department and was take care of by Nicky, also an excellent customer service representative who definitely cares, told me they DID have them in stock, so either they lied to me about not having them in stock or they forgot. Anyways, Alex understood my frustration and since it was late and most likely the mech guy had left or where about to leave, ALEX went ahead and installed them himself. I purchased my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak at Roesch Ford. Once the car arrived (01/23/2024) Justen Payne, Sales Specialist, allowed me until 01/27 to pick it up. I was assured multiple times that the car was inspected by the team and ready to go. When I arrived to see the car, we immediately realized none of the dealer-installed options were on. The dealership had 4 days to complete this work. Why was this overlooked? I then proceeded to have back and forth conversation with Justen where I repeatedly stated that I would absolutely not pay more for these options (which he was suggesting I may have to) than what was on my original invoice. This exchange lasted for a minimum of an hour before a Sales Manager named Ray Reynolds spoke to me and said, no problem we have the parts on site and can install them. Note, when I ordered the car, I was told the price was locked in as part of the Ford Price Protection Program. I was provided an "IOU" for this work and a service date on 02/02. I want to mention that Sam Mellenthin, Finance Manager, was able to match the price on an extended warranty without hassle and was friendly and personable. 10/10 service. I dropped my car off as scheduled to get the remainder of my dealer-installed options placed on 02/02. The appointment on my paperwork was for 0830. By about 1330 I'd not heard back, so I called. I waited on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I spoke to a gentleman who told me my car was just being started and someone would call me when it was completed. Around 1630, I received a call from Justen stating that my bumper had been dropped and was dented. I waited 10 months for the car, the dealership had 4 days to install the options but chose not to, I had to inconvenience myself to bring it back to the dealership, and now 5 days into having this new car, Roesch Ford damaged it. Justen let me know they were ordering a new bumper, and the replacement would be taken care of free of charge (a basic expectation). I was told I would get a rental car if needed, which I declined. I then stated I would pick up my car, and they would call me when the bumper was ready to be replaced. I was sad about the event, but accidents happen, and it would be addressed. Around 1730, Brandon Coriell, Service Manager, called me with Justen "next to him." He recounted the incident to the bumper, apologized and "wanted to be honest" (again, basic expectation), stated he'd ordered another one which would arrive in 3-5 days, and someone would contact me as soon as the part arrived to arrange installation. I then picked up my car and arranged to spend more money on an additional paint and interior protection service with Justen. I asked for an "IOU" for the bumper replacement, and both Justen and Brandon refused to give me one. Justen had no issues giving this to me when I initially purchased the vehicle. Basic expectation, again, and an example of a breach of trust. I then had no other option but to leave with my car. I waited longer than the quoted 3-5 days to hear back about the installation of my new bumper. On day 11, (02/13), I emailed Justen and expressed my disappointment in the lack of communication, management of expectations, and attempt at service recovery. He then called me, and when I asked when the bumper arrived, he stated it had been at least 3 days prior. Note, I was not only bringing the car back for the bumper replacement, but I was also trying to spend more money at Roesch by having the interior and ceramic exterior treatments. I arranged to drop my car off on 02/15 to Brandon. I reiterated the poor communication to him and lack of service recovery. He then made a comment about credit for a future service with no other details. I picked up the car on 02/16. The bumper was replaced as promised and other services completed. Brandon apologized again and provided me with a credit for my first oil change and tire rotation. I would not have been offered anything if I didn't ask. Overall, this was not the experience I was expecting at the price point I paid. read more

We've had a great experience with salesman Nick Petrasz. We'd been looking for a used Mustang Mach-e and found one that had just arrived at their lot. Nick showed us how to use all the features during a test drive and even suggested we take it on the expressway so we could see Blue Cruise in action. Nick is not a high pressure salesman. I went in with a price in mind and was happy that we got there, which included a trade. All was pretty efficient and straight-forward. Since the day of sale, Nick has checked in several times, sent helpful information on the car, and responded to my questions (text option which is great!). I was raised with the belief that I shouldn't believe what I hear & believe only half of what I see. So when someone asks for me to show my hand while they hold back half of theirs, I can only think they're trying to take me for a ride which I am not willing to take. Today I stopped in to look at a few different trucks. I took one for a test drive. It was nice but I didn't like the color. So the salesman said he would see if he could price one out for me since the one on the lot was a bit out of my price range. He came back to claim that the one on the lot was only $340 more than a new order & asked why don't I just take the one they already had. This is where things started to go sideways. They wanted to try to talk me into the one on the lot for a couple of reasons that I didn't fall for. 1, that truck has been sitting for some time. They're paying the bank interest on it so they need to move it before they order another. You would think that would give them some motivation to lower the price or at least be flexible but due to arrogance, they want to stand firm. 2, I asked to see the dealer invoice but they refused. The salesman said their invoice is "proprietary". It isn't. It's an invoice. All dealers have the same invoice. 3, a dealer invoice will show you exactly what you're paying for. This includes but is not limited to; advertising costs (which is paid for by the manufacturer but also added to the price of a vehicle), destination fees (that are reimbursed by the manufacturer), dock fees & interest to the bank. A lot of these hidden fees are reimbursed to the dealer after the vehicle is purchased. So there's no reason for the customer to pay them just for the dealer to get double payments. They're double dipping. I asked for them to be removed from the price, I was denied. 4, they refused to show me the actual dealer invoice but instead showed me some print out of numbers & codes that didn't show all of the fees. They claimed the truck was purchased for a "fleet" company who backed out. When a dealer purchase vehicles for a "fleet" they get a discount due to the amount of vehicles purchased. What they showed me hadn't had a discount. 5, the salesman trash talked their competitor. A good salesman who is honest doesn't have to do that to make a sale. It's a tactic to make you think about where you place your business without doing your research. I live in the area. I know what their lot used to look like & what it looks like now. It's been picked though & whatever is left is there because it's either over priced or people in the area just don't want it. So you would think that would motivate them to make sales. It isn't. They are so arrogant to believe that they can over price their vehicles because people will pay whatever they're told to pay. I won't This goes back to my original statement. Don't believe anything you hear & only believe half of what you see. They won't show you exactly what you're paying for but they want to see you're full hand (credit, income & more). Hard pass here. I walked out & probably won't be back until they clean their shit up. read more

Would give 0 stars if it was a possible option. I am the finance manager at the Indian Motorcycle dealer next door, and I can't tell you to AVOID THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Brought my 1989 F-150 in for an alignment on 01/11/2024. Dropped truck off at 10am. Came back in about 12pm to pick the truck up and drove it for 1/4 mile before realizing they aligned the truck, but the steering wheel was off to the left about 30 degrees. When I brought the truck back in they took another "look" at it. They call me back and explain that because the truck is "old" and the steering gear is "worn out" it won't ever sit truly straight. I also do mechanic work when not doing the financing for the dealer next door, so I knew the service writer was wrong - the alignment I did in my driveway was more accurate than the one they just did. The next suggestion was to "re-spline" the steering wheel so it would sit straight, and you can't do that with these because the splines are keyed. Bear in mind, after me telling them the proper fix (truck needs to get re-aligned) they told me I was wrong, and needed to fix it myself. After taking the truck back to my dealer ACROSS THE STREET my techs looked it it, we took pictures of the spines, and verified this was a lazy alignment job by their tech. Over the phone, Diego- the service writer was condescending and rude - claiming the tech that worked on my truck has been working on Ford trucks for "longer than I've been alive". Brought the truck in for the 3rd time now. Upon returning to the dealer the 3rd time, I find Diego (service writer) and the new tech that worked on it (Pete, he's the only person here who actually did anything worthwhile) are DRIFTING THE TRUCK in the parking lot on the ice that is being cleared by the GM. I was furious. Had the GM pull the footage, and clear as day you can see them purposefully lose control of the truck. The GM states that "because Diego drives a FWD Honda civic, he wasn't used to the way the truck handled and lost control" NO WAY. I was outside next to them, he nailed the gas pedal. This is a customers vehicle! No way to treat someone else's property. I left after the GM decided to defend his employee, this entire place is full of people who try and take money for poor work and then attempt to defend the poor work. They didn't offer any form of compensation, nor any form of apology for this entire thing. They had the truck from 10am to 5:30pm when I caught Diego drifting it. Who knows how much they actually beat on my truck in that time.... its such a shame because we are their neighbor next door. If they treat my truck like this, how would they treat a total strangers? On the only positive note about this entire dealership - Pete - the second tech to do the alignment- was EXCELLENT. Pete, if you read this- you rock, you were the ONLY positive experience at this entire place. I would never come back here, nor recommend any of my friends, family, or customers shop at this location or have any service done. I was hoping this would've been rectified, or at least the GM would've taken responsibility for his employees recklessness - but all I got was excuses and poor defense for an employee who should've been reprimanded. Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to wait a day or two to cool off before posting this. I usually hate giving bad reviews like this, but this was earned. read more

I have been to this dealership more times than at a car wash since I bought my 2017 Ford Fusion. Most of the time it has been for the same check engine light. The least that this dealership could do for the trouble of having to waste time, money, and patience on a $25,000 car is offer a loaner for my frequent visits. Every time I come, they are always "out of loaners" but I know it not to be true because each time if I complained long enough they would give me one. (I am out of energy to argue by now) Why does it have to come to this? This is my 3rd Ford and 2nd one from this dealership. You'd think loyalty would get you great service and pampering in situations like this. Never getting a Ford again and surely not buying a car from any Roesch dealership if they can't make my life easier with this car problem. Update: Ford yet again does not know what is causing the sensor to go bad for a 4th time or so. Still no loaner offered. Will be out of a car at least 48 hours. I use my car for/at work daily. Update: 10/21 The car is finally "fixed". I did receive a loaner a day or so later after continuously asking for one. Let's see how long this car last before the check I'm engine light for the same sensor comes back on a 4th time. read more

This Ford dealer is close to my job, but I won't let that blind me again. The fix was a recall issue, so they knew what's expected. Here's how it all went down: Made an appointment for Thursday at 9am. Said I needed it back the same day. I called them Wednesday and they said that wouldn't be possible; understanable so far, so I rescheduled for Friday. - dropped car off @7am - called twice explicitly relaying my requirement for a certain finish time and if not, then to let me come get it - They said it would be done in time during two separate calls - got there, cars not done, needs an hour - still not done after the hour, haven't been talked to, missed two appointments, only one could be rescheduled - no unexpected issues, just management choices "Try somewhere else" is my advice to myself and others. I have not noticed any issues with the repair. read more

Totally disappointed! Worst experience I've ever had, nobody even bothered to give a call about any updates in the service. So if you want to have a service done in time just make sure YOU DO IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Left my Ford Focus for the transmission clutch replacement, which is covered by a warranty. It took them 1.5 day just to get computer readings from it. After that I was promised to have my car ready in 3 days. That day I was waiting for the call, but nobody even bothered to do it. I called them myself, waited on the line for about 20 minutes, and it turned out that my service advisor was off work that day, and didn't leave ANY NOTICE for others that my car would be ready in NEXT 3 DAYS. Of course I hope they do it as promised, but I won't be surprised if they don't!!! As a result my weekend is totally ruined and my car rental needs to be extended! For comparison, I had the same problem with the transmission clutch and replaced it at Al Piemonte Ford and it took them LESS THAN 24 HOURS - left my car before noon one day and got a call next day early morning. read more

We had a great car SELLING experience at Roesch. Justen and Dave were great. Super friendly and accommodating. We wanted to sell one of our cars because we no longer need 2, but we weren't interested in selling unless the price was right. Before going to Roesch we got some estimates for our car that we didn't love. But Roesch made us a great offer that was fair. They made the process quick and painless. After an exhaustive search spanning several dealerships I finally ended up purchasing from Roesch Ford and that reflects both positively on the car as well as the service. From the moment I entered the showroom Rani Wadeea was helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient, listening to my desired features and vehicle type. We almost had a deal on a slightly used 2018 Explorer but the numbers just didn't work for me. Enter Dave Roesch, the sales manager. He too exhibited a calm and patient demeanor as we haggled through prices and trade in values. I was about ready to walk away when he ended up finding me a brand NEW 2018 EXPLORER XLT SPORT for $0 down and 0% financing with payments in line with what I had hoped. The attentive service continued on to the finance dept with Juan who explained all terms in plain, easy to digest vocabulary. Of course, no finance man will let you get away without an attempt at the requisite up sell but he took my 'no' graciously and we moved forward. This is the 8th vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime and has to have been the absolute best transaction as well. The dealership is clean with the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in a car dealer. All staff was courteous; at one point a passing salesman saw me sitting while Rani was checking on something and asked if I was thirsty. Another indulged me in totally idle conversation about a car they had on the showroom floor. This all occurred before I gave any assurance that I was seriously considering making the purchase. I got the genuine impression that every person there appreciated the 'opportunity' to earn my business. And you know what, ultimately they did just that. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I think you'd do well to let the folks at this dealership give you the Roesch treatment. read more

I left the dealership an hour ago and was anxious to post about my experience with Sam and Rani and all the guys at Roesch. I initially went in a couple days ago to look at a couple cars. I knew exactly what I wanted and researched diligently online. My search brought me here. I told them up front that I would not be purchasing until the end of the week, which they totally respected without even a hint of pressuring me to buy that day. I did return and was just so appreciative of how they handled their business with me. I'm a single mom, came in with my 6yo son in tow. He was in heaven checking out every single car on the showroom floor, and the staff just let him go at it. They engaged him, talked to him, let him tag along when they went to put the new plates on our car, and one of the guys even gave him a set of LEGO markers that had been sitting in his desk for a year, just waiting for my son, apparently. LEGO markers -- so cool, didn't even know such a thing existed! So as I was finalizing the purchase of my car, my son was drawing the car interiors on blank pieces of paper, and several of the sales guys were sitting with him, and seemed to genuinely be enjoying talking cars with my 6yo. I was even more motivated to write this review, because earlier today I had an experience with an *unnamed* dealership, that was very typical of what a single woman would expect at a dealership -- lots of condescension and ogling. The superb customer service at Roesch (and lack thereof at this other place), was one of the deciding factors in my decision to purchase at Roesch. Kind, courteous, and totally respectful to not only me, but my 6yo as well. And my car (granted, I've owned it for an entire hour), feels totally solid, clean, and even slightly extravagant. Really disappointed in the customer service provided and sales managers excuses. Chris has been in contact with me for about 5-6 months regarding the purchase of a new car. He constantly called, texted and emailed during my work day, until I had to tell him I was not available while working. He then respected my work hours for the most part. I scheduled a test drive for 9am on a Saturday. Per the time they gave for availability. I arrived about 10 minutes early (the dealership opens at 8am), and it was empty. There was no one in sight. I stood there for a few minutes then texted Chris (at the same number he had been texting me from) to let him know I was there. I got no response. At about 9:03 all of the sale people walked out of their morning sales meeting. One sales person approached me and another customer and asked who we were waiting for. I replied that I was waiting for Chris and they looked around and said "I don't know where he is" and then helped the other customer. I continued to wait, a few minutes, then approached the counter and asked for a sales manager. The manager that helped me, apologized for his meeting running over, while speaking to him someone walked in the side door and into an office. It was Chris, clearly he wasn't at the sales meeting either. I expressed my displeasure with their customer service given that Chris wasn't at the sales meeting, and was late to meeting a customer showing a lack of concern for my time. I shared that I was uninterested in making a large investment given their lack of care and concern and walked out. Further asking them to remove my name/number from 5their contact list and to never contact me again. Further the other customer that I was able to speak with while Chris was late shared that she had no a bad experience with them and referred me to another dealership. Had Chris been on time, I likely would not have had that conversation. read more
