They let the car leave their shop multiple times with bubbling and peeling. I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed! I had plans to do dash cams and remote starts on all my vehicles before winter but ABC Automative just isn't worth the time, energy, or frustration. I received an email from the location owner apologizing for what happened, and I gave them another shot. I have a braided stainless steel high pressure EFI fuel hose for a motorcycle which does not have a quick-disconnect / dry-break coupler. This means any time I want to completely remove the tank on this bike, it must first be drained of fuel. This is tedious, time consuming, and inconvenient. I decided I'd like to fit a quick-disconnect coupler in-line on the fuel supply hose. So I turned to Pirtek. I was helped by Derek, the assistant manager. Derek was very polite and professional and went out of his way to help me source the proper hose fitting for my application - which Pirtek unfortunately does not stock. I returned after obtaining the materials needed, and Derek modified my line and fitted my fuel-rated dry-break coupler while I waited - which was only a matter of minutes. The end results look much more professional than what I could have done myself at home, and I'm much more confident in the machine-installed compression fittings holding up to the high pressure fuel feed than any DIY screw or click clamps. If I'm ever working on another project requiring fuel line modification or fabrication of custom brake or hydraulic clutch lines, I'll be sure to turn to them first.

Then one day we bought some load locks and realized we didn't need them because the trailer we recently acquired came with plenty of them. When I tried to return them un-used, this four eyed cranky middle aged twerp of an associate gave me the stink eye from the very get go - soon as I mentioned the word, "return". Throughout the transaction he looked at and spoke to me is if I was a filthy beggar. He took his sweet time inspecting them. Then he takes one of the two I was trying to return, went in the back for about 10 minutes, comes out and shows me this abrasion on the rubber foot pad and tells me that he couldn't take it back because it was used....after I explained to him they were not used. I'm sure the twerp was proud of himself for saving his company money, but the knuckle head failed to realize his insulting demeanor and dishonesty costed his company a valuable customer.
