But I do need it for the next couple of weeks for sure. So I ordered it online and had it delivered. FREE delivery of the battery was as promised. My only thing was the delivery guy was waiting, and I did not have anything to tip him with. (Who carries cash? I don't) I went back to my purchase online, and there wasn't a place to tip the driver. I felt terrible, but please add a line to tip the driver if Advance Auto Parts sees this by chance. UGH! How embarrassing. I hope to have the new battery installed tomorrow by one of my friends. I am assuming that the battery works just fine. If not, I will be updating this review.

I needed an AC compressor for my van. They had it but apparently is was still attached to a…read morevehicle. They will only start pulling the part once it is paid for. Once I found out the part was available, I scheduled to have my mechanic come down later today to repair it for me. This was the only day my mechanic could do it. When i called back to pay for the part someone named Eric told me over the phone that they couldn't take payment over the phone. Really???? This was unbelievable. We live in the 21st century. Every business takes payment over the phone. And to top it all off, they were very rude over the phone. So, no matter how I begged or asked to speak to a manager, no help was given. So now, i have to wait until Monday to drive my car when I could've had it done today! This was hugely inconvenient! i do not recommend this place at all. The service was bad and the attitude I was given made it worse.
