Anyways, they did a really good job on fixing most of the stuff that was wrong with my car. The other stuff I can change out myself. Gary, the owner dude and the rest of the people that work up there are really nice people and do look out for you and for the best interest of your car. When my card didn't work for some reason, Gary even drove me up to my bank so I could pay him. Cool dude, even offered to get me some Micky D's since it was right next to the bank, hehe. I'll probably be going here to get my oil changes and stuff from now on, until I move again in a couple of months.

From the first phone call, I knew I chose a great place…read more Diana is so kind on the phone (and in person) she makes sure to communicate clearly in English o en español. I've acquired car knowledge only through owning the ones I've had and it's all been bare minimum. All that to say, I have not felt like she was talking over me. I have not felt like this company is trying to take advantage of me, AT ALL. Unfortunately mechanics have a bad reputation but this company has proven to me that they are honest people. I've had to get an oil change and all of my coils replaced. They tried to see if my car would allow just the second coil being replaced but after starting my car a couple times, my car wanted 1,3 & 4 replaced as well. Anyway, I had to leave my car overnight which it's in an area that didn't give me any anxiety so there was no fear of my car getting vandalized. My car is running good-as-new so I'm def pleased that the problem has been resolved. You are able to buy the parts for your car and they will use those, since that can cut on cost. Those parts will not be under their warranty. I had to get my car fixed asap so I didn't go that route but it's def good info to know if you don't need to get it fixed immediately. My only complaint? That I am unable to interact with the mechanics in the garage. I love chatting with people and making new friends but then again..... this is already the hottest and most humid summer I've experienced in DFW (yall, I work outside as a laborer so I get to stand on this soapbox) The opposite of a complaint now: they offer free candy, cokes & water and also free play on arcade games while you wait. Aaaaand if you're curious, yes, there is a bidet in the bathroom. No, I didn't use it myself. 10/10 will use this auto shop again and again

I might have gotten confused or lost and drove back like 3 times but it was worth it! I get attended by this guy named Duran and let me just say Thank you off the bat! He helped me with my front tire that had a nail stuck in it and was super helpful after that! I'm in the market for a new car shop / Mechanic and I think I just found it. I put him to the test like I would any other one but to my surprise he schooled/teach me a few things! He told me off the bat what was wrong with my car and used his tools and what not and quoted me and told me what had to be done and showed me how to know and what to look for! Previously went to few other shops before me and where I usually go to and was quoted and told the same exact thing but with extra faults or broken things and a much more higher price! (you can actually tell when a mechanic is genuinely trying to charge your for what's broken than other trying to rip you off) He told me what needed to be fixed and what need the most attention now and what can wait! While others told me what didn't need to be fixed and when it could be done months later and will not damage anything but in reality it was damaging the car more and more! This is a shop where you have honest mechanics and truly people who likes doing their jobs and not just someone who is there for an other paycheck! Well over all I had a great experience and thanks for the auto class Duran and I'll be back in a few days if not next week! However count on seeing me again.
