Juan told me that there were a lot more issues than expected, but Juan was very communicative and explained everything to me as they were doing the job. I have never had my sprinklers serviced before so I was surprised at how messy everything was. Needless to say, they left my lawn as if nothing ever happened - everything looks perfect and my sprinklers are now 100% working. I would recommend Orozco to anyone needing sprinklers / landscaping services. A+ for their customer service and their work.

John took care of it and kept it looking so good that people actually thought we owned the place. Beyond the quality of his work, John is just a genuinely good guy. We just moved into a new house and hiring John again for our front yard was a no-brainer. That pretty much says it all. If you are looking for a trustworthy lawn care pro who does great work and is actually a pleasure to deal with, look no further. Highly recommend.

My husband and I accidentally let our yard get out of control in regards to weeds. Our backyard…read morebecame a total jungle of them. We also had a large dead bush in our front yard that needed to be removed, our landscaping was growing onto the sidewalk, and the weeds were beginning to invade there, as well. We got several quotes for the large haul weed removal and Nick was the lowest and most reasonable by far. He worked with us on ways to keep the cost down but still get the end result we wanted. In the end he did an amazing job removing every single weed and dead plant, sprucing up our trees and edging our lawn. We wound up hiring him to plant a few additional flowers in our front yard as well, and not only did he do that with as much care and planning as he possibly could, but when an irrigation line wound up getting nicked in the process, he came back and fixed it the very next day with no fuss or extra charge. We really appreciate the work he did and also that he just seems like a really nice guy. Thanks, Nick!

Since I'm being accused of defamation, here is more proof…read more In my opinion, This tree was planted too deep and there was too much mulch and bark completely covering the trunk and base of the tree that we had to remove, unfortunately, this suffocated the tree according to 2 local nurseries. It didn't help that you incorrectly set our sprinkler system. My dad asked for the front yard and back yard to be set the same amount of time in morning and late afternoon, you set it so that the back yard got the highest amount of water in the morning AND afternoon and the front yard got the lower amount of water in the morning and afternoon. No wonder the tree is almost dead. Now to address your accusation of racism: How about you ask your guys that were here when the front yard was being done how often I would speak Spanish with them every time I pulled up to my house? I asked them how to say a couple things and they taught me. I enjoyed having you guys around, including you (when you were there). My post was nothing personal. I took 3 years of Spanish in high school and I always make it a point to practice when I can so I don't forget words. I can also speak a tiny bit of Vietnamese (learned about 20 years ago), tiny bit of Chinese (Mandarin- still learning), a little French and a little German. I've lived in Southern California my entire life. You only met 3 white people at my house and my whole family is an extremely mixed bunch of 3 different races. It's awfully judgmental of you to label someone as racist simply because of their skin color. Telling someone they did something wrong isn't racist, just fyi. I understand your go to "racist" comment with the way the world is right now, but it was displaced towards the wrong people. In my opinion, and the opinion of other landscaping companies that came in to complete the job and saw your work, your company's work was poor. Bottom line. Nothing personal. Just business. You could have fixed the problems (because there are more than I posted) instead of ghosting us and ignoring the issues, but you didn't. It's normal for some people to lash out and personally attack someone when they have no rebuttal for non-personal criticism. However, it's poor business practice when a customer shares their opinion based on their experience (with pictures) and instead of merely apologizing, you dig a deeper hole. Best of luck!

When the sprinklers went on the next day I had a geyser from the broken sprinkler. I called the company and asked that they repair the damage. Then said they would fix it anyway. 2 weeks later (during a heat wave) unable to run part of my sprinklers I had to hire someone else who fixed it in 10 minutes. I supplied the parts at a cost of $10.00 and later got a bill from Sweet Home for the entire bill for service the month before and marked "Overdue". How dare they! Most of the bushes they were to trim were not even touched. I would never use them again! Leo just called me and threatened to break the windows in my house if I do not take down this review.
