Dr Silvers was going to try to do a partial root canal since my son is young, but she ended up having to do a full one because of the way his teeth are. He was having a problem with getting numbed and she had to redo it 4 times... through no fault of hers, its because his roots were so long. Each time he would flinch or say it hurt she would stop working, give it another try and wait. She was very patient and never seemed to be annoyed or anything like that. I really like that during the consultation and the actual appointment she talked to both of us. With him being a kid some Dr's and Dentists tend to speak to only me, or on the rare occasion only to him, as if I were only there to provide a ride for him! She addressed our questions and concerns and was very thorough when explaining things. She was very respectful to both of us, while being nice and humorous as well! I figured I would have to wait in the tiny waiting room while they did the procedure, but I got to go back with him. I was planning on putting my book on in my ear buds, but she had a pretty good Playlist going so I got somethings done while listening to good music! After spending 20 minutes filling out paperwork, she calls me back up to the counter and tells me it'll be $650 to over $1,000 -- even though the dentist hadn't even seen me yet. When I asked why this wasn't mentioned earlier, she snapped, "You should know what your insurance covers." She hadn't even asked for my insurance card yet! Then she tossed a flyer on the counter and told me to scan it to apply for some "medical credit card." The attitude was unbelievable. I also overheard another patient frustrated about a $150 cancellation fee, even though the office had just cancelled his appointment last minute. At that point, I walked out. I wasn't about to hand over hundreds of dollars to an office that can't communicate with basic respect. Dental work is stressful enough -- you shouldn't have to deal with rude front-desk staff, hidden costs, and zero professionalism. Save yourself the headache. Find a dentist that values transparency, communication, and respect. This place clearly doesn't.

I need to take another anxiety pill when I came into the room and was told I was going to have to wait even longer to be seen. I saw that there was multiple notes that were written on the chart and an including wrong time for check-in which they had stated was 1045 which was wrong it was 10:30 Without my consent or knowledge, they added two more procedures onto my chart which included two more fillings on the top teeth. When I asked why two more feelings were added to the procedure when that is not what I came for I was told "well that's what's on your chart and that's what you need " and could not give me an explanation. The dental hygienist was very aware. I was having a panic attack, I took my medicine in front of her because I had waited so long already and did not care. If you have to pay out-of-pocket here, please make sure you go and get multiple quotes. They were going to charge me over $900 for two bonding of the teeth. I went to a separate dentist that same day to talk to them and they were only going to charge me $140 per tooth. Today on Saturday November 8th, I received an automated message saying that I was a no-show and if I want to return to their office, I need to leave a deposits. That i had already missed 3 or more appointments. This was only 2nd visit to this dentist... okay... No phone call to see if you're OK and when would you like to return. Why would I return here in the 1st place? No customer service here. They obviously do not care about their patients. Don't waste your time and energy.
