The movers destroyed more than $4,000 including an antique vanity (irreplaceable!!!) and the insurance only covered $1,400, not the $2,000 we had in coverage. The delivery driver just said it was not his fault. Did not care at all. Use this company only if you want your stuff destroyed.

Next day they pick up the container and ship to where ever you need it. Moving nationally or over seas is a very big expense, so using u pack saved us a bunch of money. The service from the people of u pack was excellent. Very good communication with the process.

There app of following your stuff was not accurate I'm not sure if it's because it's was coming from P.R. however once it hit florida port Florida port didn't want to release my items and ABF couldn't give me a reason cause that's how they contract with Florida Port. All my furniture and items were recieved the same way I packed them!! Oh must not forget I brought locks and one of the holes to put my locks in were not the same size as the other lock so one locked fit perfectly and the other lock went in half way.

Bob Lynch Movers is a total rip off! Mr Lynch charged me $1,000 to rent a crane to take a 20 foot…read moreshipping container off a truck and he quoted a price of $1,460 to strip the container. When I enquired why it was so much to empty the container, he said I should pay $730, so he was robbing me by doubling the price! I was able to find a company by the name of Desmond Movers to do the same job of stripping the container for only $250. Bob Lynch Movers is dishonest, a total rip off and unreliable. It was both difficult and confusing dealing with them to coordinate the arrival of my container that was coming from NY. I would never recommend nor use their services again. After not hearing back from him or the company for some time we bought the parts and hired someone for the repairs ourselves. We mailed the bill to the St. Croix office. Nothing happens. We call weeks later and they claim that they never received it. I explain what happened and Sandra pretends to care and wants to help me resolve this. I email her the bill and she never looks at it. I follow up by phone and she ensures me she will cut a check hat Friday. I wait for one week to receive it by mail. When I don't, I call once again. A co worker tells me Sandra is off island. She does not know when she will return. When asked about the check, she states Sandra cut it, but did not mail it. She does not know where Sandra left the check for me. Weeks later I finally get a hold of Sandra. I tell her I will pick up my check from here myself. I show up at their location. No check, Sandra has to fill it out first. Long, frustrating story short: Go with someone else!
