We hired Express Spotless for our move out cleaning. The two ladies that showed up were wonderful. I don't know what they did to our stove/oven, but they made it look like brand new. I could not believe it! The rest of the house was cleaned beautifully as well. Windows/blinds/floors, etc. The bathrooms were spotless.They even helped with the cobwebs on the front porch and they were careful about walking on the new carpet! I'm very pleased with the work that was done. I also want to note that they made the scheduling easy. I didn't have time to have someone out to do an estimate with all the moving deadlines. They gave me a price and let me know how to estimate how dirty my house was. but it was very fair and they were a real lifesaver! read more

This review has been a long time in the making, LIZ did a fantastic job (almost 3 months ago), and I am only able to write the review today. We were going to do a professional clean of the house for the first time in our life and so we did a lot of research. Of all the businesses we got quotes from, EXPRESS SPOTLESS had the best balance between professionalism and price. Their website is great -- not the best, but good enough to quickly and easily reserve a cleaning appointment. You can very easily get an estimate of how much each item costs and compare them. I really liked the transparency and breakdown of costs. We live in a 2 FLOOR PENTHOUSE so there's lots of stairs in the house, and LIZ did an amazing job in about 2-3 hours. read more

I'm updating this review to show how pleased we've with EXPRESS SPOTLESS for the past year. liz is a rockstar of a cleaner, communications on scheduling and cancellations is clear from the office, and the price can't be beat for Seattle. Hannah is respectful of our time, completely covid-safe, and even our dumb but loveable dog who doesn't trust anyone is starting to like her. I also love the little touches - our daughter is delighted every month when liz arranges her stuffed animals in fun positions in her room, things in the kitchen are thoughtfully put away, and she sometimes even puts away laundry (even though we've never asked for that!) Extremely satisfied with this company. David the owner, was great to talk to on the phone. Gave us a very good price for a full clean of the apartment top to bottom. Very helpful in explaining exactly what services were covered and making sure we got what we needed. The cleaners arrived a few minutes EARLY (which, let's be honest, just doesn't happen here in Puerto Rico ) and did a fantastic job. The apartment looks gorgeous and smells amazing. The products they used were all natural so my dog was able to roam free and sniff around during the clean. Highly recommend. Five stars. 10/10. A+. read more
