I contracted with Bob Lynch movers to move all my property to the mainland. I paid half up front as agreed upon with the other half on delivery. When another company delivered the shipment, I received only half of my property., the delivery company advised me to hold the money order I tried to give them for the final payment until Lynch shipped the remainder of my goods. When I contacted Bob Lynch about the missing (half of my things) goods, I was told that they found some of my property in their "overflow warehouse" like it was some kind of an accident. I have repeatedly asked them to send the rest of my things and that I would pay the last half of the contract price upon delivery but they've kept the rest of my possessions for over a year on a loading dock with no reply back from them. I believe this company intended to take the entire contract amount and then when I figured out I didn't receive it all they would hit me up for another 15 to 20K as blackmail to ship the rest of my things..what a bunch of crooks..They still have my things and some what they've kept are family heirlooms, my children's baby pictures, christening dress, my husband's dead mother's art work ...things we can't replace. On top of this my neighbor called and told be Lynch's unsupervised packers were putting some of my things in their personal vehicles so I have no idea what they took for themselves.
