STAY FAR FAR AWAY. The jewelry is very poor quality and it will cost you in the long run!!!! I bought a sapphire and diamond band here on vacation in March 2022 which I received in late April 2022. Since then it has lost a total of 5 large stones that I have had to replace. Two separate jewelers in my home city informed me that the ring was poorly made and the design was flawed (round stones in a square setting with not enough in the setting to secure the stones). after replacing four stones on our own and losing a 5th stone we reached out to Ronnie to tell him about the problem. He told us to mail the ring back and they would "take care of it". We mailed the ring back and his jeweler in LA held it for 5-6 weeks. Ronnie then called us and said it was our fault the stones were falling out and that there was nothing wrong with the ring but they had done a "complete overhaul." He told us we would need to pay him $160 if we wanted to have the ring back. we have paid the money but have not seen the ring yet. This is 1. a false statement about the ring not being flawed (again, two other jewelers independently assessed that the ring was flawed, and I have not had this problem with any of the 4 other rings that I wear on a daily basis, none of which were purchased from Beverly's) and 2. bait and switch as we were not previously told we would need to pay additional funds after already having paid our own jeweler to replace stones. we will never work with Ronnie or Beverly's again and I would discourage others as well. it may seem like a good deal but it won't be after all the repairs and headache! read more

Just wanted to share a little more about the kind of customer service Beverly's provides. We purchased 2 rings from them when we visited them in 2018 and could not have been happier with the purchase and the whole experience of working with them. About a month later I received a call from Ronnie, the gentleman that worked with us, asking if were still happy with our rings and letting me know that if there was anything else I needed to let him know. That in itself, combined with the visit there, impressed me. Whenever we go on a vacation out of country we always buy a piece of jewelry that ties it to the location. This was the first time we had a followup from anyone we had purchased from. Pretty cool, huh? But wait, it gets better. About a month ago I had a couple of stones fall out of my ring and my wife's ring had a small design issue. I contacted Ronnie and sent pictures asking if there was anything they could do. The answer was, "We want you to be completely satisfied with your rings so send them back and we will fix them." Now, that's better service than you get from some of the locals. As it turns out, they could repair my wife's ring but not mine so the sent me pictures of several different men's rings for me to choose from as a replacement. After I told them which ring I wanted they shipped our rings back, even providing us with tracking info so we could make sure we received it safely. I know this was lengthy but when you have service like this they deserve the additional effort. If you plan on visiting there you owe it to yourself to stop in and see them. Lots of shops to choose from, but Beverlys will have, by far, the best selection of uniquely designed pieces at the very very best prices. When browsing other stores, it is pretty quick to see that everything is the same. At Beverly's it will be a slow go as you look at all of the beautiful pieces. I purchased presents for the family: a very unique solid gold necklace, a yellow gold Spanish coin set in a hand crafted bezel pendant, a beautiful pair of yellow gold earrings set with (VS) diamonds, a shorter solid gold chain for my emerald pendant, and a beautiful white and yellow gold chain men's bracelet. I can recommend this shop to be your favorite shop in St Thomas. A huge huge thank you to the shop staff for allowing me the pleasure of seeing what is available and giving me a very good price on my selections. Beverly's will be my first stop when we return to St Thomas. Uniqueness, Quality, Value and Savings says it all. Of course, if you are not interested in fine jewelry you need not stop here there is a wonderful ice cream shop just 1/2 block away where you can find the best hand made ice cream on the island! read more

Beverly's Jewelry store in STVI is the most wonderful jewelry store I've ever been in. This store is connected to several stores which is nothing short of amazing (pun intended). All of the shops are very friendly and great each other with respect as well as their customers. I spent over 4 hours in Beverly's Jewelry store trying to find the perfect ruby ring. I was helped, from start to finish, with Mr. Amit. I was wearing grungy clothing at the time. Him and his staff continued to wait patiently on us as if we were just as important as royalty. He was not pushy not give off the sleazy jeweler vibe. They have the most reasonably priced jewelry on the entire island. And I can vouch for that because for 3 days I had was in and out of jewelry shops pricing stones. Each swore that their store had the best price for what I wanted. The other jewelry stores were beyond THOUSANDS over Beverly's asking price with not as great quality. Mr. Amit was very genuine. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a stone, the band, all accents and shank. He personally took pride in his jewelry store, made sure to walk the ring to jewelers for resizing. He made sure my ring was to my exact specifications. He even went as far as to ensure my ruby ring was certified on his own dime (means: he paid 100% himself for the certification) because I asked for it. He was never rude or acted irritated when I would call or email him for ring updates when he had it sent to New York for its certification process. He had it then shipped securely to my house. My next ring will be an emerald and this place is where I will be going. They get an A++ in satisfaction and my business for life!! read more
