We went to Saint Thomas for spring break this year and we had to make it downtown to visit the shops. I actually went downtown to look at another shop that we used to go to years ago. However, that shop did not seem to be as nice as we remembered. Grand was lit up and the products just shined from the street. I was intrigued and had to go in. Unfortunately this place is a little too good and they give you a great deal. I walked out with several pieces of jewelry that I didn't intend to buy while on vacation for spring break. However, I did get exactly what I had one in years ago while visiting St Marten. and visiting their store there. Dale was My sales person and he did a great job. I am not an easy sale and he definitely coerced me to buy the things that I did not walk away. They are very efficient and I will definitely return on my next visit to Saint Thomas. I even let my boyfriend know about them in case he gets any old ideas. They have such beautiful things! So it is definitely no secret why this store continues to be ranked in TripAdvisor as one of the best. I think you can just call and they can also help you over the phone or via the Internet. So make sure you stop by whenever you visit the area or go on a cruise again. Their hours are a little different than previously when cruise ships were running. We were surprised you could not just go downtown and have bustling retail along the streets. I guess this last year has been tough and many things have changed. We haven't gotten out much LOL. So check the hours before venturing out to the shop. But definitely go!!! read more

After searching for months we finally found the perfect engagement ring at Grand Jewelers. Sanjay was our "sales person" and I hate to say sales person because he didn't sell us at all. What he did do was give us an incredible deal on the ring my fiancé always wanted. Our experience with Grand and Sanjay was exceptional. UPDATE: Shortly after buying our ring my fiancé lost it in an airport. As you can imagine she was devastated. Luckily we had insurance and with the help of Sanjay we were able to duplicate the ring (almost) exactly! It took him a couple of months to find the exact diamond and setting but it was worth the wait. Thank you Sanjay and Grand Jewelers! I will never buy expensive jewelry anywhere else! read more

My parents have used Grand Jewelers for over 25 years. Based on their recommendation, I bought my wife's engagement ring from them. They were so patient with me during the process and we amazing to deal with. I have since purchased or upgraded several more items, once visiting the shop and many more via phone/email. I am continually amazed at the appraisal values when I add them to my insurance. I have recommended Grand Jewelers to many of my friends and other family members. You should give them a try.... A fantastic jeweler with a friendly, non-pushy staff. We were very happy with Anish and Jothy who were wonderfully helpful in my wife's choice of earrings. They have a beautifully clean location with drinks on hand to relax their potential buyers. My wife isn't a great shopper, but they made her feel like the star of the show even though we are on a limited budget. Would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs or wants! read more

We stopped in to look for "baubles" to commemorate our trip on the recommendation of a friend of a friend who knew the proprietor. After walking a few blocks to get there from lunch and being "hawked by all sorts of jewelry hawkers" walking into Grand Jewelers was so refreshing! This is a very professionally run retailer and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and gracious. The inventory of diamonds was very impressive and while that wasn't on our list for the day we were treated like we were there to drop $250,000. Jay was extremely helpful and honed in on exactly what we were looking for to bring home to "the kids". His suggestions to up sell the experience were subtle, professional and almost successful seeing that he employed one of my rationalizations - it's only 11 cents per day based on 35 years of marriage"! I attempted to sell him a bridge to offset his suggestion of a diamond tennis bracelet to no avail. While the items we purchased were small and very reasonable, they bagged them in a large carry bag adorned with their logo. This was unexpected and actually a keepsake that served a dual purpose as we walked around town in that the hawkers saw the bag and didn't bother us about jewelry anymore! If you are on St Thomas and shopping for jewelry, bypass all the hawkers and make it Grand! Thanks again Jay!! read more

Shopping at Grand is a wonderful experience. They make us feel like part of their family. Their pricing is the best and they make purchasing a new piece of Jewelry an almost painless experience with unique payment plans and generous trade-in allowances. They treat their customer royally. The personal attention you get makes you feel like you are the only customer, even when the from the store is crowded with customers from the three or four Cruise Ships docked in St, Thomas for the day. They are generous with their time and perform many little services for us usually charged for by other Jewelers. My wife has purchased many pieces of Jewelry there over the years with occasional buyers remorse. that is never a problem. We return it, no questions asked for a full refund. read more

I just visited Grand Jewelers for the third time and could not be happier with each of my experiences. Each item I have purchased there is beautiful and unique. Raj, Jay, Nevin and all the staff always make us feel like family while we shop. They are able to make adjustments like sizing rings and changing the style of earring backs while you wait. This is especially helpful if you are visiting on a cruise ship. I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Jewelers. They sell quality jewelry that is beautiful and a good value. read more

The first time I went to grand Jewelers was about four years age. I was recommended to go here by a Coworker, and happy I did.. of course I didn't go with the intention of buying anything, but I couldn't resist. Their jewelry is so beautiful and their prices are very fair, it's hard to resist. Two weeks ago grand Jewelers came to Fort Lauderdale to have a trunk show. We received an invitation. I hesitated about going because I didn't think I could go and just say hello. Well, I was right, I retired 2 months ago, and my husband wanted to get me a gift. We went to the trunk show and as I said before the jewelry was so beautiful. My husband bought me a fabulous diamond bracelet and ring. Grand Jewelers is a family owned business. They are very friendly and professional . As of 4 years Ago, they are the only jewelry store we buy from. read more

Some friends of us who have shopped here many times while visiting St. Thomas introduced us to this place while we were here for the day as part of a cruise. They do not advertise with the cruise lines and I was shocked as to how busy this place was, and 95% of the customers in there were repeat customers. While my wife was busy looking and trying all various items, I was given complimentary Bushwacker drinks, which was probably a good thing to help numb the pain of how much damage my wife was about to do here! There were also water, sodas, and other liquor where you could make your own drink. There were also some snacks for my kids. Excellent customer service all around and after spending about an hour with my wife, she walked out with three new beautiful pieces and likely her goto jewelry store in the future. By the time we got back home, we had a handwritten thank you note in our mailbox. What a great place with awesome folks working there and got some really good deals on our purchases. I'd like to believe we won't be back, but I doubt I'll be that lucky! LOL read more

WE are sold on Grand Jewelers! I was given the name of Grand Jewelers while in a bus while in St Thomas. This elegant woman got to on the bus with her daughter and they both had beautiful jewelry on. When I complimented them, she told me how her family has been shopping at Grand for 40 years. The refined woman told me how they had referred countless family and friends to this store over the years and how everyone had been so pleased with their purchases and the great value of their items. My sister and I could not pass up such a referral. We went in with the woman's name and Jay and family immediately knew who I was talking about. I told Jay what I was looking for and he proceeded to show me several options. Grand Jewelers has such a large selection and excellent pricing that it is difficult to decide which to choose. The service here is excellent and I can not imagine shopping anywhere else in St Thomas for jewelry. I walked in a skeptic due to a previous experience at another jewelry store many years ago while shopping in St Thomas. Now, I have a place to shop with trust. This store goes above the service level of the US and the pricing was excellent based on appraisals of items from my local jewelry expert. Thank you Grand!! read more
